Objective: 1.Understand the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of breast cancer, objective to provide an objective and effective evidence of evidence-based medicine in the treatment of postoperative complications of breast cancer at present,to guide the clinical staff to select the clinical treatment of Chinese medicine.2.To understand the current situation and problems of the application of clinical research methods of Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of breast cancer,to provide guidance for the clinical research of prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of breast cancer in the future. Methods: Apply network cross search of CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,Chinese biomedical database,National Library of Medicine,PubMed,Cochrane and other databases.2006.1.1 to 2016.12.30 literature was screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The selected literature was evaluated using the Cochrance risk bias assessment,RevMan5.0 statistical software was used to conduct quantitative synthetic Meta analysis and publication bias test. Results: 1.In the meta analysis of upper limb lymphedema after traditional Chinese medicine treatment of breast cancer, the value of merger RR 0.74,95%CI(0.68,0.80),Z=7.07,P<0.00001,the funnel plot basic symmetry.2.In the Meta analysis of the TCM treatment of postoperative necrosis of skin flap of breast cancer, the value of merger RR0.84,95%CI(0.77,0.92),Z=3.96,P<0.0001.3.In the Meta analysis of the TCM prevention of subcutaneous fluid after breast cancer radical correction, the value of merger RR 2.67,95%CI(1.92,3.71),Z=5.81,P<0.00001.4.In the Meta analysis of the TCM treatment of postoperative anxiety and depressive for breast cancer, the value of merger SMD-1.61,95%CI(-2.52,-0.71),Z=3.50,P=0.0005,the heterogeneity between the original literature was too large I2=95%.5.In the Meta analysis of the TCM prevention of postoperative recurrence and metastasis for breast cancer, the value of merger RR 2.54,95%CI(2.08,3.09),Z=9.18,P<0.00001,the funnel plot asymmetry.6.Replenish qi and enrich the Blood, clearing damp and promoting diuresis, promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis through the entire stage of postoperative complications of breast cancer treatment.Commonly used Chinese medicine has Huangqi,Baizhu,Baishao,Danggui,Fuling,Zexie,Xiangfu and so on.Breast cancer in the short term complications,blood-activating more use of promoting blood circulation and stopping pain and promoting blood circulation to restore menstrual flow by the drug such as Chuanxiong,Danshen,Honghua,Taoren and so on.Heat-clearing drug more use of removing pathogenic heat from blooddrug such as Chishao,Shengdi and so on.In diaphoretic drug,Guizhi appears in the upper limb lymphedema,Chaihu appears in breast cancer postoperative anxiety and depression.Prevention of postoperative long-term complications of breast cancer,blood-activating drug more choice of broken blood drugs commonly used Ezhu.Heat-clearing drug are commonly used in clearing away heat and toxic material drugs and are mostly antineoplastic in modern pharmacological studies. And add yin and yang tonics mostly for kidney function.7.At present, there are many problems in clinical research of TCM,and the quality of published clinical research is generally low.Mainly summarized in the following aspects: error using random method;no blind method;lack of awareness of the hidden program;lack of follow-up,shedding etc;statistical methods is not accurate;insufficient attention to ethics. The complexity of TCM makes it difficult to achieve true random and double blind. At present, the research methods of TCM are broad and the evaluation criteria are many, but few can solve practical problems and achievements and methods have been recognized by the academic. Conclusions: 1.Chinese medicine in the treatment or prevention of postoperative complications of breast cancer objective effect has certain advantages.Given the limitations of the literature in the study, higher quality studies are needed to provide more convincing evidence.2.At present, there are many clinical literatures methods about the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of breast cancer by traditional Chinese Medicine, the evaluation standards are not unified The obtained research results and methods can not be receive internationally recognized. The arrival of big data Era,Chinese medicine can be based on its own characteristics, with clinical patients as the center, use the real diagnosis and treatment data in this field are combined with clinical practice,to carry out medical practice combined with scientific calculation of the real world Chinese medicine to prevent or cure the postoperative complications of breast cancer clinical research model.
