Clinical Curative Effect Of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined With Acupoint Injection For Ischemic Stroke Recovery

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction(BYHWD)combined with Acupoint injection for ischemic stroke recovery phase(deficiency blood stasis syndrome).Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment,and to provide the basis for clinical application.Methods: A total of 81 cases were collected in the clinical study,We were randomly divided into two group(treatment group of 41 cases and control group of 40 cases).The treatment group based on treatment of conventional Western Medicine to BYHWD combined with acupoint injection therapy and the control group was treated with conventional Western Medicine.the course of treatment was about 28 days.Efficacy evaluation scale of TCM syndrome of apoplexy,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),activities of daily living scale and tested the blood fat were selected as the evaluation index.The changes of clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Using spss19.0 statistical software to analysis of the data.Results: 1.To evaluate the effect of TCM Syndromes: the total effective rate was 75.6% in the treatment group and the total effective rate was 52.5% in the control group.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes between the two groups(c2=4.71,P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Evaluation of TCM syndrome integral improvement: Comparison of treatment group before and after treatment(t=5.40,P<0.01),Comparison of control group before and after treatment(t=2.18,P<0.05),Comparison between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(t=-5.96,P<0.01).The treatment group and the control group can improve TCM syndrome score,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.To evaluate the improvement of neurological deficit: Comparison of treatment group before and after treatment(t=3.19,P<0.01),Comparison of control group before and after treatment(t=4.65,P<0.01),Comparison between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(t=-3.63,P<0.01).The treatment group and the control group can improve the degree of neurologic impairment,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Evaluation of daily life ability improvement: Comparison of treatment group before and after treatment(t=-7.76,P<0.01),Comparison of control group before and after treatment(t=-2.11,P<0.05),Comparison between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(t=4.52,P<0.05).he treatment group and the control group can improve the ability of daily living,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.To evaluate the level of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C in blood lipids: Comparison of treatment group before and after treatment(t=4.15,P<0.01?t=4.68,P<0.01?t=-2.61,P<0.05?t=6.62,P<0.01),Comparison of control group before and after treatment(t=2.19,P<0.05?t=0.75,P>0.05?t=-2.10,P<0.05?t=2.10,P<0.05),Comparison between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(t=-3.02,P<0.01?t=-2.97,P<0.01?t=2.30,P<0.05?t=-7.48,P<0.01).The treatment group and the control group can improve Serum lipid levels,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: 1.BYHWD combined with acupoint injection therapy can effectively improve the ischemic stroke with deficiency blood stasis syndrome in patients with TCM clinical syndromes recovery.2.BYHWD combined with acupoint injection compared with conventional western medicine treatment in improving ischemic stroke recovery with deficiency blood stasis syndrome patients with neurological deficits,ability of daily life and the level of blood lipid.
