| Objective:To study the effect of cluster needling of scalp point combined with the prescription of flavored buyang Huanwu Decoction(hereinafter referred to as acupuncture plus drug method)on the NSC of the rat model of Qi deficiency and blood stasis in ischemic apoplexy,and provide optimized clinical schemes in TCM treatment.Methods:The rat models of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,made from healthy ones,were pre-labeled.assigned randomly into groups,MCAO models were made after 48 hours,with rat models of Qi deficiency and blood stasis in ischemic apoplexy.after the models are made,the randomly-assigned groups were given different treatment to observe the effect of NSC on rat models:cluster needling of scalp point,the original buyang Huanwu Deoction,flavored buyang Huanwu Decoction,and acupuncture plus drug method.The comparison of the results will be based on test index such as nerve function,behavioral functions,pathology,ISH(in situ hybridizction),double immunofluorescence labeling,and confocal laser scanning.Results:1.There was no significant difference of rat models in neurologiacl function before treatment.Obvious improvement of rat models can be seen in every group in different time point after treatment,in which flavored-Decoction group is superior to original one,and the effect of acupuncture plus drug group is most obvious compared with others(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference of rat models in behavioral functions before treatment.Obvious improvement of rat models can be seen in every group in different time point after treatment,in which flavored-Decoction group is superior to original one,and the effect of acupuncture plus drug group is most obvious compared with others(P<0.05).3.There is significant change in the positive cell counts by ISH in every group in different time point after treatment,in which flavored-Decoction group is superior to original one,and the effect of acupuncture plus drug group is most obvious compared with others(P<0.01).4.There is significant change in the positive cell counts by double immunofluorescence labeling and confocal laser scanning in every group in different time point after treatment,in which flavored-Decoction group is superior to original one,and the effect of acupuncture plus drug group is most obvious compared with others(P<0.01).conclusion:the different treatment methods mentioned in the paper have the effect of acceleration on rat models to some degree in their recovery of nerve function,behavioral functions and the proliferation,migration and differentiation of neural stem cells.The effect of acupuncture plus drug method is most obvious compared with others,and the effect of flavored buyang Huanwu Decoction is superior to original one. |
