The Clinical Application Of Combined Therapy Of Chinese And Western Medicine In Pathological Scar

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of SQASC and soften skin lotion on the treatment of pathological scar.To study the efficacy of oral administration solid beverage 3inl on the immunoregulation of patients with pathological scar.Method:1.Clinical observation:30 cases of pathological scar in accordance with the inclusive criteria were collected finally.The patients of hypertrophic scar and keloid were researched respectively by self-control observation.Patients of hypertrophic scar:Randomly selected two parts of scars as the treatment group,then two parts were respectively treated with SQASC and soften skin lotion.Another part of scars without any treatment were observed as control group.Patients of keloid:All patients were treatment with oral solid beverage 3 in 1.Randomly selected two parts of keloids as the treatment group,then two parts were respectively treated with SQASC and soften skin lotion.Another part of keloids without any treatment were observed as control group.All patients of pathological scars were treated for 2 months.And assessed comprehensively curative effect.2.The determination of the content of serum immunoglobulin and complement:The blood specimens of 15 cases of keloid who were selected as treatment group and 15 cases of non-keloid without malignant tumor and immune diseases were taken.Then the blood samples were all analyzed by using transmission turbidimetric method to determine the content of serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,IgM and complement C3,C4.The blood specimens were taken from treatment group before and after treatment.Result:Clinical observation:SQASC and soften skin lotion are effective in the treatment of pathological scar.There is no significant difference between two kinds of medicine on the effect in the treatment of pathological scar within the period of observation.The content of serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,IgM and complement C3,C4 from the blood samples of keloid cases before and after treatment were all in the normal range.The levels of IgG,IgA,C3 and C4 in serum from pre-treatment group were significant higher than control group,while the level of IgM in serum from pre-treatment group was significant lower than control group.There were significant differences on the content of serum immunoglobulin and complement between pre-treatment and post-treatment.The levels of IgG,IgA,C3,C4 in serum from post-treatment group were lower than pre-treatment group.But the levels of IgM were flat.Conclusion:Both SQASC and soften skin lotion are effective on the treatment of pathological scar.Although oral solid beverage 3 in 1 cannot cure the pathological scar,it can regulate the body' s immune response then improve physical fitness,so that it can inhibit scarring combined with topical drugs.
