With the rapid development of our country's economy and the improvement of people's living conditions,food safety issues have become increasingly prominent due to the development of people's growing needs.The formulation and execution of food safety laws regulations and standards are important measures for solving these problems,and might even be the main measures under the condition of food enterprises'weak self-discipline.As a technical basis of food safety regulation,food safety standards have an important position in the food safety regulatory system.With the accelerating pace of life,a new form of enterprises and institutions'working lunch supply has appeared.It gradually changes from home made food in the canteen to purchase fast food and lunch box.So fast food is an emerging industry and needs a regulatory standards.But there was no special national standard for this industry after the implementation of the food safety law in 2009.Under this situation,Jiangsu Provincial Commission of Health and Family Planning set up and carry out Jiangsu local standards<Delivery activities of group meal>(DBS 32/003 2014)so as to work out the food safety regulatory standards of distribution industry in Jiangsu Province.The goal of this study is to inspect standard implementation and discovered problems,as well as the terms needs to improve during standard execution after one year of implementing Jiangsu local standards<Delivery activities of group meal>(DBS 32/003 2014).In order to provide information for revision of the standard,information about this standard was collected from 30 meal delivery companies in Jiangsu Province,including their understanding level,enforce ability and the problems that can be improved,.The results showed that the awareness of the standards of three kinds of respondents(supervisory organization,inspection institutions and enterprises)were 100%,92%and 91%respectively.The satisfaction evaluation results(completely satisfied and mostly satisfied)were 100%,100%and 98%respectively.The enforceability evaluation results were 94%,100%and 95%respectively.The proportion of them who held that the content of the standard setting is reasonable(entirely reasonable and relatively reasonable)were 88%,83%and 93%respectively.The necessity of publishing a set of question and answer matched with the standard agreed were 88%,92%and 89%respectively.Additionally,the demand for enterprises training was high,and all the investigators were willing to accept the standard training.At present,there are no corresponding national or industry standards,but only a few related contents are mentioned in the specifications by the ministry of health,so some provinces have developed their own local standards.In order to solve this problem,Jiangsu province set up this standard specifically.This study shows that the standard has some issues in the implementation process,it recommends the relevant departments to revise the standard in order to achieve its actual application effect,so as to ensure food safety of group meal delivery and protect people's health.At the same time the results of this study provide basic information and scientific basis for the revision of the standard.
