Intervention Study On Recoery Period Sleep Quality Of Patients With Auricular Acupoints After Cardiac Valve Replacement

OBJECTIVE: This study was designed to investigate the effect of auricular acupoints on sleep quality in convalescent patients after convalescence of heart valve replacement,and to provide a reference for future clinical application.Methods: Sixty patients who were enrolled in the standard were randomly divided into auricularia group and control group according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group received only conventional anti-infection,cardiac diuretic,nutritional myocardium,cough and phlegm,anticoagulation and nutritional support and other conventional treatment.In addition to receiving the conventional treatment during the trial period,the ear acupoints were treated with auricular acupressure and treated for 1 week for 1 course,starting from the third day after cardiac valve replacement.Auricularia pressure beans the next day,ear pressure beans on the fourth day,ear pressure beans on the seventh day were evaluated three times.The observation indicators included Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and its sleep factors,anxiety self-rating scale score,postoperative pain score,and postoperative hospital stay.All data were analyzed by software package.Results:(1)After intervention,the sleep index ofthe second day,the fourth day and the seventh day were lower than those of the control group,and the score was inversely proportional to the quality of the sleep of the test.Group of patients with sleep quality have greatly improved.Especially in the sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep drugs and other aspects were lower than the control group(P <0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 93.33%,while the effective rate of the control group was 46.67%(P <0.001),the difference was statistically significant.The anxiety score of the ear acupoints was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.001),the difference was statistically significant.(3)In the postoperative pain score,the ear acupoints The score was lower(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant..Conclusion:(1)The quality of sleep in patients with auricular acupoints was greatly improved,especially in terms of sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep drugs and so on.We can infer that in the calm and soothe the ear of the ear area of the ear acupoints,can get a better sedative effect,directly improve the patient’s postoperative insomnia.(2)ear acupuncture treatment can relieve heart valve replacement patients after anxiety,thereby improving sleep,and the formation of a virtuous circle,promote each other.(3)ear acupuncture treatment can reduce the degree of pain after surgery,thereby helping to improve the patient’s sleep quality after surgery.Therefore,the ear acupressure treatment is to improve the quality of sleep after cardiac valve replacement of a safe and effective treatment,and its cheap,easy to operate,easy to master,it is worth in clinical care to promote the application.
