To Observe The Effect Of Nourishing Yin Recipe On Experimental Study On The Developmental Toxicity Of Pregnant Mice And Fetal Rats

Objective Observe nourishing yin recipe filling and suits the sexually mature SD pregnant rat and developmental toxicity of fetal rats,to explore nourishing yin recipe during pregnancy medication safety.Methods Take sexual maturity female and male rat cage.When meet the noon of vaginal suppository was 0.5 DPC,take 100 pregnant rats randomly divided into 5 groups(n=20?),nourishing yin recipe low dose group(L-ZYF group,0.5 times the equivalent dose 1.29g/kg/d)?nourishing yin recipe dose group(M-ZYF group,1 times the equivalent dose 2.58g/kg/d)?nourishing yin recipe high dose group(H-ZYF group,2 times the equivalent dose 5.16g/kg/d)?Blank control group(CMC group,With 1%sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution volume)in pregnant rat 6dpc-15dpc lavage,Cyclophosphamide in the control group(CTX group,7mg/kg)in pregnant rat 1 ldpc-15dpc give subcutaneously.Observation pregnant rat weight,in 20dpc pregnant rat uterine section embryo number,the number of live births,stillbirth,observe live fetal body weight,body length,tail length,internal organs and bone deformities.Results Pregnant mice filling each dose of nourishing yin recipe,number of births,quality and fetal rat visceral,there were no obvious abnormal bone development.Conclusions Nourishing yin recipe on pregnant rat embryo and fetal rats,there was no significant developmental toxicity.
