Clinical Study Of Professor Zhu Jia's Treating Cough Variant Asthma Via Wind Phlegm Based On Data Mining Research

Objective:Based on proven cases,accumulated under 3 years treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA)by Professor Zhu Jia,using modern latest information technology as a means of data mining methods to study his clinical experience and academic thoughts to treat CVA.Hoping to provide new ideas and methods for TCM diagnosis and treatment of CVA.Method:All the clinical cases of CVA diagnosed and treated by Prof.Zhu Jia in 2014?2016 have been well collected and classified.As a conclusion,there are 116 cases(224 clinical times)which are strictly picked up and then establish medical record database;moreover,using comprehend frequency distribution cluster analysis and association rules focus on defining and analyzing the core prescription and the association with symptoms,the tongue coating,pulse condition,pathogenesis and herbs in the end sum up the results and draw a conclusion.Results:Totally 116 patients within 224 clinical times,the number of female is 82 cases within 159 clinical times and male is 34 cases within 65 clinical times.Among of them,the average age is 44.50 years old.According to data mining results,symptoms of higher frequency are cough,cough obviously at night,cough both day and night,spitting white sputum,throat itching,little phlegm and bouts of coughing which account for respectively 87.50%,38.84%,37.95%,36.61%,36.61%,26.34%,24,55%.The main pathogenesis is wind-phlegm obstructing lung,which accounts for 69.20%.The highest frequency of pathologic factors is phlegm which is 89.73%.The frequency of other pathologic factors for wind,deficiency and heat respectively is 80.360%?37.95%?14.29%.A wide range of drugs were used in treatment of CVA in a total of 171 species.There are twelve kinds of high frequency herbs such as zhimahuang,shegan,kuxingren,ziyuan,chantui,dilong,zisuzi,zhigancao,chenpi,fangfeng,jingjie and zisuye which account for respectively 85.27%,83.04%,74.55%,74.11%,72.32%,64.73%,62.95%,62.95%,54.91%,54.46%,49.55%and 44.64%.Conclusion:According this research,wind-phlegm obstructing lung is the main pathogenesis for Prof.Zhu to treat CVA.The pathological factors of CVA are phlegm,wind,deficiency and heat.Among of them,the wind and phlegm throughout the evolution of CVA and are also the beginning of the pathologic factors.When treating CVA,Prof.Zhu pays attention to combine disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation and the role of "wind evil" in this disease.The therapeutic method is to dispel pathogenic wind and eliminate phlegm and strengthen vital qi in peacetime.Combining with modern statistical methods,we dig out a set of core prescription and 4 groups of commonly couplet medicines.
