The Research Of Preservation In Hypertensive Early Renal Damage By Qian Yang Yu Yin Granules,Based On The Spect Technological Assessment

Objective:To explore the protective effect of Qian Yang Yu Yin Granules on early kidney damage in hypertension,on account of the SPECT technological assessment,on the basis of reducing blood pressure to target(felodipine and enalapril,BP ? 140/90mmHg).Method:Sixty with the diagnostic criteria of early-stage kidney damage aroused by hypertension and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type were randomly divided into treatment and control groups(n=30).All the treatment and control groups received amlodipine and valsartan to reduce blood pressure to target(BP<140/90mmHg).On this basis,the treatment group received oral Qian Yang Yu Yin Granules two times a day,Sooner and later.The control group was no longer adding other Chinese and Western medicines to protect kidney damage.Both groups were intervened 24 weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,blood pressure,heart rate and the experiment indexes of kidney damage(U?2-mG,Cyst-C,UNAG and GFR)were observed.After treatment,all the information was entered into the computer for statistical analysis with SPSS.Results:1.Curative effect index,the treatment group before and after treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05);The control group after treatment,Cyst-C,B2-mG improved significantly,there was a significant difference(P<0.05),the control group NAG,GFR no significant improvement(P>0.05);In renal damage index,Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).2.In terms of TCM symptoms,the treatment group was significantly reduced after treatment in TCM syndrome total volume(P<0.05);the control group was significantly reduced after treatment in TCM syndrome total volume(P<0.05);the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group in TCM syndrome total volume(P<0.01).The symptoms of the treatment group after treatment were relief and statistically significant except for forgetfulness(P<0.01),the symptoms of the control group after treatmenat were reduced and statistical significance,in addition to the Soft knee,forgetfulness,Coating on the tongue,fine vein(P<0.05);the symptoms of the treatment group after treatment were reduced and statistical significance than the control group,in addition to insomnia,forgetfulness,fine vein(P<0.05),the reduction of the points of vertigo,soreness of waist,and string-like pulse was significantly reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion:A higher value of clinical application.Qian Yang Yu Yin Granules can further reduce renal damage and improve clinical symptoms in hypertensive patients,on the basis of reducing blood pressure to target.
