Clinical Study On Xiaozheng Zhitong Decoction In Treating Dysmenorrhea Of Kidney Adenomyosis With Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm

Objective:Through the analysis of the effect of Xiaozheng Zhitong decoction on kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type of adenomyosis patients with dysmenorrhea,randomised control group,to alleviate the degree of both dysmenorrhea,TCM symptom improvement,change the size of the uterus,and the detection of adenomyosis patients serum cancer antigen 125(CA125),anti endometrial antibody(the positive rate of EMAb),to evaluate the efficacy and safety of consumers in pain,in order to further clinical promotion and application.Methods:The clinical study selected the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecological clinic/hospital 2015 September to 2017 March to meet the diagnostic criteria of 40 cases of kidney deficiency phlegm stasis type adenomyosis patients,according to random number method is divided into two Group,each group of 20 cases,respectively,for the treatment group(Xiaozheng Zhitong prescription)and the control group(Sanjie analgesic capsules),medication 15 days(both in the first 10 days before menstruation to the end of menstruation 5 days),continuous treatment 3 menstrual cycles were used to observe the changes of dysmenorrhea score,TCM syndromes score and uterine volume,serum CA125 and EMAb positive rate before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by statistical analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate of clinical comparison:The treatment group was cured in 2 case,markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 8 cases,the total clinical effective rate was 90.00%,the control group of patients were cured in 0 cases,markedly effective in 2 cases,effective in 12 cases,the total effective rate was 70.0%(P<0.05).2.Dysmenorrhea score comparison:the two groups of patients after treatment of dysmenorrhea scores were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically firm(P<0.01);after treatment between the two groups were significantly statistically significant(P<0.05);Xiaozheng Zhitong prescription can significantly alleviate the symptoms of dysmenorrhea patients,reduce dysmenorrhea score.3.Symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine:The effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine was 85.00%in the treatment group and 65.00%in the control group.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),Anti-analgesic pain side to better improve the symptoms of these patients related to Chinese medicine.4.Laboratory test:The levels of CA125 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in uterine volume between the two groups before and after treatment(P = 0.061>0.05,P = 0.138>0.05),But from the long-term efficacy combined with the patient’s age level analysis,Xiaozheng Zhitong prescription group uterine volume can control the uterus volume to further increase,while the control group has increased;There was no significant difference in EMAb positive rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).5.safety judgment:the patient after taking the medicine does not appear clinical adverse events,suggesting that the elimination of symptoms and signs for the treatment of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type of uterine adenomyosis dysmenorrhea is safe.Conclusion:Xiaozheng Zhitong prescription can significantly reduce the degree of pain of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type of adenomyosis patients with dysmenorrhea,reduce the TCM syndrome score of these patients,Chinese medicine treatment can complete the hormone therapy outside another effective treatment,in reducing the female menstrual pain and discomfort symptoms at the same time.No adverse reaction.The mechanism of its treatment can improve the patients with phlegm and blood stasis situation,adjust the internal environment disorder and achieve the purpose of treatment.
