Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Renal Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Endometriosis With Warming And Resolving Phlegm

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety for the treatment of clinical experience of the mentor treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis endometriosis disease with warming kidney and removing blood stasis,and to explore its mechanism,to provide practical ideas,effective methods and reliable clinical evidence to further treatment for endometriosis.Methods:32 cases of endometriosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were selected as the main object of study,and the patients with adenomyosis were selected as the subjects of the study.Change the end before treatment,treatment of the syndrome score,pain score,VAS score,serum CA125 level,ultrasound index,and through the safety inspection safety monitoring indexes of patients with the treatment.At the end of 3 months after treatment,the clinical symptoms of the patients were followed up.Results:There were 2 patients in the treatment process,the final completion of the subject of the study,a total of 30 patients.30 cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis endometriosis subjects after 3 menstrual cycles after treatment,5 cases were cured,14 cases markedly effective 8 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total rate was 63.34%,efficiency 90%,TCM syndrome score,the degree of dysmenorrhea score,VAS score and serum CA125 the average was significantly lower than before treatment,have certain effect on reducing ectopic cyst;statistical analysis has found correlation between degree of dysmenorrhea and curative effect of dysmenorrhea,the more light,the more significant effect,but the effect of age and no significant correlation.Detection of the safety related indexes in the study of 30 cases of clinical adverse reactions were not found in the whole course of treatment,the subjects,the safety indexes were in the normal range,the results confirmed the efficacy of the treatment method of exact safety and no side effect.At the end of 3 months after treatment,the clinical cure of the 5 patients were followed up,no pain symptoms and associated with the recurrence of symptoms,the results show that the treatment effect is stable.Conclusion:the clinical experience of tutor guidance of warming kidney and removing blood stasis can alleviate the endometriosis disease in patients with symptoms of dysmenorrhea,and to improve the patients with anus pain,non menstrual abdomen discomfort,cold limbs and other symptoms associated with the curative effect,can effectively reduce the serum level of CA125,and can reduce the ectopic cyst at to a certain extent,no obvious adverse reaction,stable curative effect,worthy of further study and clinical application.
