ObjectivesScreening the modern literature's prescription on the treatment of coronary heart disease with phlegm stasis syndrome,then we expect to find something about its medication rules.MethodsThrough the extraction of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database,China Biology Medicinedisc(CBM)on the treatment of coronary heart disease with phlegm stasis syndrome,then we establish the prescription database under the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5 version).The frequency of the use of drugs,the four gas,the taste of the drug,Meridian,and the use of association rules were counted to analyze the common drug combination and the confidence between the drugs.Besides,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering for new mining was expected through the improved mutual information methods and the complex system entropy clustering analysis of core drug portfolio.ResultsThrough the collection of modern literature's prescriptions on the treatment of coronary heart disease with phlegm stasis syndrome,we got 334 prescriptions which involves 245 herbals after statistics and analysis.There are 38 herbals with the occurrences more than 20 of which the former four drugs were Pinellia(242),Trichosanthes(213),Salvia(196),Poria(176).Through the analysis of four gas,flavors and drug meridian we found that: the drugs that used the most followed by warm(52.03%),cold(29.33%)and flat(14.98%);bitter(33.36%),pungent(32.08%)and sweet medicine(28.51%);lung(1573),spleen(1518)and stomach medicine(1399).Of the most commonly used drugs combination of 40,the first three followed by Pinellia and Trichosanthes(160),Pinellia and Poria(144),Pinellia and dried tangerine peel(142).There were 17 groups with the confidence?0.8 and the correlation degree was 8 and the penalty was 2.The clustering analysis of complex system entropy clustering was used to obtain 101 combinations with 3-5 drugs and 17 new prescriptions.Conclusions1.Through the analysis of the modern literature's prescriptions on the treatment of coronary heart disease with phlegm stasis syndrome,we can come to the conclusion that clinical legislation depends on the heart disease "the virtual standard real" pathogenesis characteristics.Standard by pass,including phlegm,regulating qi,activating blood circulation,clearing methods,using the virtual to fill the main,including nourishing Qi,warming Yang,Nourishing Yin,warming kidney,nourishing heart,combine flexible use of tong,combine communication,general tonic.Use such as all kinds of treatment.2.The use of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5 version)to support the prescriptions of the entries,managements and analyses are more convenient.It can visually reflect the coronary heart disease with phlegm stasis syndrome on its medication rules which provide a reference for the clinical treatment through the data retrieval and the application of its integrated data mining methods and network display.
