Analysis The Effection Of Intraviteral Conbercept Treatment For Choroidal Neovascularization

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of intravitreal Conbercept on idiopathic choroidal neovascularization(ICNV).Methods:It is a Clinical case-control before-after study.The diagnosed idiopathic choroidal neovascularization patients(totally 19)(15 females an 4 males)who were treated with intravitreal Conbercept 0.05ml(10mg/ml)from March 2015 to January 2017 in the Subsidiary First Hospital were included in the study.Age,gender,previous history,intraocular pressure(IOP),best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central retinal thickness(CRT),CNV cross sectional area which was based on the outer retina that detected by examination of visual acuity and optical coherence tomography(OCT)were collected.The changes of the ICNV patients' BCVA?CRT?CNV cross sectional area were recorded during follow-up period.SPSS 24.0 is used to analysis these 19 patients.Probability less than 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Result:During the 12 months after treatment,compared with the baseline mean BCVA(LogMAR)(0.91 ±0.61),1mo(0.50±0.38),3mo(0.51 ±0.36),6mo(0.51± 0.37),12mo(0.52 ±0.35),after intravitreal Conbercept,were significantly improved(P=0.003,P=0.005,P=0.005,P=0.008,?? p<0.05);Compared with the baseline mean CRT(308.16±85.89)?m,1w(275.11±77.03)?m,1mo(250.32±48.59)?m,3mo(247.37±50.68)?m,after the treatment of intravitreal Conbercept,were significantly improved(P=0.023,P=0.04,P=0.06,?? p<0.05);compared with the baseline mean CNV cross sectional area which was based on the outer retina(0.32±0.17)mm2,lw(275.11±77.03)mm2,lmo(250.32±48.59)mm2 after intravitreal Conbercept were significantly improved(P=0.010,P=0.002,?? p<0.05);compared with the 1w mean CNV cross sectional area which was based on the outer retina(275.11±77.03)mm2,lmo(250.32±48.59)mm2 after intravitreal Conbercept were significantly improved(P=0.034 ?? p<0.05);No systemic or ocular adverse events were encountered in the 19 patients.Conclusion:Early intravitreal Conbercept treatment of ICNV can result in better visual prognosis,more obvious CRT decrease amd CNV,and fewer numbers of injections.intravitreal Conbercept is safe and well tolerated in ICNV.
