Objective:To analyze the effect of changes of retinal choroidal thickness on the axial length and refractive status after intravitreal conbercept treatment in diabetic macular edema. Methods: From January 2018 to January 2020,a total of 16 patients(27 eyes)with diabetic macular edema treated at the Department of Ophthalmology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College were included. All patients were treated with intravitreal injection of 0.05 ml conbercept. Before treatment and 1 day,1 week, and 1 month after treatment, the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure(IOP),central macular thickness(CMT),subfoveal choroidal thickness(SFCT)and Axial length(AL).Results: The BCVA(LogMAR)was(0.75±0.36)before treatment, the BCVA(LogMAR)were(0.64±0.37),(0.53±0.25),(0.50±0.25)at 1 day,1 week and 1 month after treatment respectively, there was no significant difference of BCVA at 1 day after treatment than that before treatment(p > 0.05),there was significant difference at 1week and 1 month after treatment(both p<0.05);the diopter was(-0.88±0.58)D before treatment,and(-0.91±0.58)D,(-0.96±0.49)D,and(-0.95±0.51)D at 1d,1w,and 1m after treatment, there was no significant difference than that before treatment(all P>0.05).There was no significant difference of intraocular pressure(IOP)at 1 day,1week and 1 month after treatment(all p> 0.05).The CMT was(445.37±226.66)?m before treatment,(337.33±135.76)?m,(245.26±29.41)?m and(210.85 ±19.72)?m at 1day,1 week and 1 month after treatment;there was a significant difference after treatment than that before treatment(all p<0.05);there was significant difference in different time points after treatment(all p<0.01).The SFCT was(320.48 ± 62.55)?m before treatment,(314.00 ± 62.95)?m,(300.63 ± 62.94)?m and(279.19 ± 59.08)?m at 1day,1 week and 1 month after treatment;there was no significant difference at 1day and1 week after treatment than that before treatment(both p>0.05);but there was significant difference at 1 month after treatment(p<0.05);there was no significant difference between 1 day and 1 week,1 week and 1 month after treatment(both p>0.05),but there was significant difference at 1 day and 1 month after treatment(p<0.05).The AL was(23.52±0.442)mm before treatment,(23.54±0.443)mm?(23.55±0.442)mm and(23.55±0.440)mm at 1 day,1 week and 1 month after treatment, there was no significantly difference than that before treatment(all p>0.05);but there was significantly difference in the changes of AL between 1 day and1 week,1 day and 1 month after treatment(both p<0.01);there was no significant difference in the changes of AL at 1 week and 1 month after treatment(p>0.05).The changes of CMT and AL was significant correlation after treatment, but the changes of SFCT and AL was no significant correlation after treatment. Conclusion: After treatment of DME with conbercept, the edema macular was significantly reduced in different time points after treatment, the SFCT was significantly reduced at 1 month after treatment. There was significant correlation between the change of CMT and AL measurement, but there was no significant correlation between the change of SFCT and AL measurement.
