| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical impacts of Guifu Wenyanglishui Decoction in the treatment of yang deficiency with reduced type of chronic heart failure with left ventricular ejection fraction.MethodsA total of 60 patients with reduced type of chronic heart failure with left ventricular ejection.Random divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each,the treatment group was treated with Guifu Wenyanglishui Decoction on the basis of conventional therapy of the western medicine,The control group were given western medicine.Observe the changes of TCM Symptoms integral,TCM clinical curative effect,Left ventricular ejection fraction,Lee Symptoms integral,Lee Clinical curative effect and Cardiac function after 4weeks.Result1 Two groups of patients after treatment,remarkably effective with TCM symptoms in both groups after treatments,treatment group higher than that of the control group,the total effective number is 93.33%and 73.33%(P<0.05);2 Two groups of patients after treatment,remarkably effective with cardiac function in both groups after treatments,treatment group higher than that of the control group,the total effective number is 90.00%and 80.00%,(P<0.05);3 Two groups of patients after treatment,improve the ejection fraction in both groups,increase stroke volume,treatment group higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);4 Two groups of patients after treatment with the Lee heart failure scores were both improve,treatment group higher than that of the control group,the total effective number is 93.33%and70.00%,(P<0.05).Conclusion1 Guifu Wenyanglishui Decoction can improve the syndromes of TCM in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.2 Guifu Wenyanglishui Decoction can improve the syndromes of cardiac function in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.3 There is no serious adverse reactions in the treatment of process with the Guifu Wenyanglishui Decoction. |
