The Study Of The Therory Of Pediatrics In?Qian Jin Fang?

Purpose:<Qian Jin Fang>is the earliest medical encyclopedia in China,it sum-marizes the great achievements of Chinese medicine before Tang Dynasty.Sun values maternal and child,divises children's disease from the internal medicine,independent of section,independent of treatment,he has concentrated on the wisdom of his pred-ecessors,at the same time,he has played an important role in pediatrics.Because there is not a systematic exposition of the pediatric monograph before the Sui and Tang Dynasties,the systematic arrangement of the contents of pediatrics in<Qian Jin Fang>may provide reference for further study and theoretical basis for the research of Pediatrics and pediatric clinical practice.Method:This paper adopts the research method of Philology,have a study on the contents of Pediatrics in<Qian Jin Fang>in order to sum up the theory of Pediatr-ics which is contained in<Qian Jin Fang>.Conclusion:In this paper,there are three aspects of the study of the theory of Pediatrics in<Qian Jin Fang>,they are children's developmental and physiological stu-dies,child health research and pediatric disease research.In the aspects of child development and physiology,Sun's division of age is ri-ght compared with the age of children under fourteen years of age.It is concluded that the physiological characteristics of children are the "delicate" and "non filling" s-tage of the Zang Fu organs,needing for the development of kidney qi,driven,with the growing age of children,in order to gradually mature and improve.In the aspects of child health research,Sun comprehensively records of child health care methods from child support,child care,fetal education,primary care,br-eastfeeding,baby taboo,complementary feeding,weaning method,and slightly larger physical exercise,dental protection,disease prevention to education and training,whi-ch lays the foundation for the establishment of the theory of children health care.In the aspects of pediatric disease research,Sun wrote a series of common di-seases,such as neonatal diseases,lung diseases,spleen diseases,heart and liver dis-eases,kidney diseases,infectious diseases,parasitic diseases,and other diseases,i-n the method of differentiation of symptoms and signs,syndrome classification comp-rehensive and meticulous,choosing acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,etc.and pr-escribing dosage and method according to children's age,all of these provide valua-ble theoretical basis for pediatric clinic.
