| This study comprehensively and systematically collected the literature materials related to Ren Du meridian acupoints in Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang and Qian Jin Yi Fang,obtained more than 300 articles about Ren Du meridian acupoints.By using traditional philological research methods combined with modern statistical analysis,combed,summarized and analyzed the name,location,main treatment syndrome and usage of acupoints.Through statistical analysis,it is found that there are 70 kinds of diseases involved in Ren Du meridian acupoints in Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang and Qian Jin Yi Fang,59 kinds of Ren meridian indications and 45 kinds of Du meridian indications.There are 35 internal diseases,3 Lung diseases,3 Cardiovascular diseases,8 Spleen and Stomach diseases,9 Liver and Gallbladder diseases,5 Kidney diseases,3 Qi and blood fluid diseases,2 Limbs meridian diseases and 2 other internal diseases.8 Gynecological diseases of traditional Chinese medicine;3 Pediatric diseases of traditional Chinese medicine;4 kinds of Surgical diseases in traditional Chinese medicine;11 diseases of otolaryngology in traditional Chinese medicine;There are 4 kinds of ophthalmic diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.4 emergencies.The application of Ren Du meridian acupoints shows the following characteristics: selection of acupoints for simplification,multi-purpose moxibustion,wide range of indications,different treatment of the same disease,different diseases with the same treatment.The research shows that there are rich academic experience of acupuncture and moxibustion in " Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang" and " Qian Jin Yi Fang",which have important guiding value for current clinical work of acupuncture and moxibustion.The theoretical understanding of Ren Du meridian acupoints in Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang and Qian Jin Yi Fang has important implications for improving the current research and application of acupoints. |
