Excavation And Collation Of Prescriptions For Headache In?Qian Jin Fang?and?Wai Tai Mi Yao Fang?

Objective:To explore the prescriptions for headache contained in ?Qian Jin Fang?and?Wai Tai Mi Yao Fang?,and to explore the six meridians syndrome treatment of headache in the two books.Methods:This paper combines computer retrieval with manual retrieval to collate documents.The source of computer retrieval is the database of ?Chinese Medical Code?,and manual retrieval and manual re-examination are from the library books of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The database was established and the prescriptions and articles were analyzed by the theory of classical Chinese medicine.Using classification method: Classification is the process of discovering the commonness of data objects from the database and dividing them into different categories.Firstly,the training data is analyzed,and the accurate description of each class(i.e.classification rules)is given by using some characteristic attributes of the data.Then,the other data in the database are classified by using these descriptions.According to the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever",the classification rules of six meridians diseases were formulated,and the prescriptions and articles of six meridians in the database were included.The syndromes described in the article are classified into six channels.Secondly,the prescription is prescribed and the law of drug compatibility is analyzed.On the basis of the first two steps,decompose the prescriptions on the basis of the classical prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.The six meridians of the prescription should be determined by the study of its disassembly and comprehensive analysis.The prescriptions for headache treatment are divided into four parts: syndrome description,prescription decomposition,prescription disassembly and six meridians attribution.Results:The six meridians differentiation and treatment of headache are diverse.106 prescriptions for headache are included,which belong to Shaoyang disease,accounting for20 prescriptions;15 prescriptions for Yangming disease,and 12 prescriptions for Yangming disease.Each of the six meridian syndromes has its own characteristics.Conclusion:Classical prescriptions,classical prescriptions and classical variants were sorted out.Classic prescription: Baijie Pain Decoction is regarded as the addition and subtraction of Xiaochaihu Decoction and Baihu Decoction,Gypsum Decoction is regarded as the addition and subtraction of Zhuye Gypsum Decoction and Zhiziqiao Decoction,Jianzhong Decoction is regarded as the addition and subtraction of Guizhi Xinjia Decoction and Zengye Dihuang Decoction,Qijianzhong Decoction is regarded as the addition and subtraction of Xiaobanxia Jianling Decoction and Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,Huangqin Decoction in Yannian Secret is regarded as the addition and subtraction of Huangqin Decoction and Zhizi Decoction.The Zhimu Jieji Decoction is regarded as the addition or subtraction of liquorice ephedra Decoction and Baihu decoction.Classic pair of medicines:ear and cheek emergency prescription,gypsum and aconite are used together,which is the development of medication compatibility of classical prescriptions.Rhubarb and Rhubarb with Yin Syndrome can be seen in Rhubarb Decoction,and Rhubarb with Yangming Gypsum can also be seen in this prescription."Behind the Elbow" Shallot Soup in shallot white,soy is also a classic antidote.Classic prescription: treat the prescription as the prescription of Baihu Jianshen soup,deer broth soup as the prescription of Xiaoxuming soup,hydrolysis powder as the prescription of Daqinglong soup,Huanglong soup as the prescription of Xiaochaihu soup,gypsum soup as the prescription of bamboo leaf gypsum soup,ear and cheek as the prescription of Gegen soup,Jiangfu soup as the prescription of dried ginger and aconite soup,and the prescription of vomiting as the prescription of Guati San."Xiaopinfang" Huangqi Decoction is regarded as a variant of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,Yannian Headache Top Heavy Formula is regarded as a variant of Fuling Yin,and its pulse Rushu Formula is regarded as a variant of Sanwu Huangqin Decoction.
