The Pharmaceutical Research On Qi Appetizers Granules

With the improvement of living standard in our country,absorption has gradually become one of the common diseases of children,often accompanied by abdominal pain,loss of appetite and other symptoms of nausea and vomiting.The disease belongs to the syndrome of "fullness" and "Spleen Deficiency" in TCM theory,and the location of the disease is in the stomach,but it is related to the two Zang organs of liver and spleen.Indigestion caused by spleen deficiency and qi stagnation is a common situation in children,Supplementing qi and strengthening the spleen,regulating qi and regulating stomach should be considered first for treatment of the disease.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine treatment of children with indigestion has more advantages than western medicine.Considering the compliance of children's medication,The adadptability of children can be improved by changing traditional decoction to granules.The test methods and results are as follows:L₉?3⁴?orthogonal test was designed to screen the optimum extraction method for extraction of active components in medicinal materials.Extraction amount of total insenoside were used as detection index.Then the optimum extraction condition was obtained:adding 6 times amount of 50% ethanol,extracting 4 times,each time 3h.The dry paste powder was mixed with starch and dextrin,and then 80% ethanol was added to make granules.Objective:The quality standard for the granule of Tonifying Qi was established,and ginseng,malt and liquorice in the prescription were identified by TLC.HPLC method was applied to determine the content of garnule using three kinds of ginsenosides as indexes.The methodology of HPLC method was investigated.Inspection items include linear relation,specificity,repeatability and stability,the recovery rate and intermediate precision.The established method has good separation effect and high sensitivity,and all the indexes were in accordance with the pharmacopoeia standard,which can be used as the quality standard for Yiqi appetizer granules.Preliminary investigation of the stability of the preparation,influence of light,high temperature,high humidity and other factors on the preparation were studied in this paper.The result showed that high temperature and high humidity conditions will produce a slight change in the product.High temperature and high humidity enviornment should be avoided when storage.In order to determine the effect of preparation,has carried on the preliminary pharmacodynamic evaluation,investigated the effect of the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of mice.Sure after the success of modeling group,comparing the efficacy of Yiqi granules group appetizer model has significant differences,with Motilium group compared with no significant difference.The results show that the particle has the pharmacological effects of Qi appetizers Xiaoshi of the product.
