Objectives:The objectives of this study are to make a survey of the level and characteristics of MHD patients with rumination thinking, investigate the correlation between MHD patients with rumination thinking and social support and coping style, analysis of influencing factors of MHD patients with different rumination thinking, provide new ideas and theoretical basis for future study. Methods:This research conducted a survey with random sampling method to 220 patients who are undergoing maintenance hemodialysis for blood purification from the tertiary hospital of Changchun during in July 2016 to November 2016.The total number of valid questionnaires was 210,and the respondent rates was 95.5%.Research tools include general information questionnaires, the Chinese Event-Related Rumination Inventory(C-ERRI),the perceived social support scale(PSSS),and the medical coping style scale(MCMQ).Epidata 3.1 software was used to enter the data into the computer by two people, and statistical software SPSS20.0 was used to perform the statistical analyses.Data analysis included descriptive statistics,t-text,one-factor analysis of variance,Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis.Results:1.Characteristics of rumination, social support and coping style in patients with MHDIn 210 subjects recovered, rumination score was 30.66±7.17,the deliberate rumination score was 17.07±5.47,the intrusive rumination score was 13.62±3.95;perceived social support score was 62.33±7.42;the confrontation of coping mode scores was 20.18±3.73,the avoidance of coping mode scores was 17.68±3.79,theresignation of coping mode scores was 11.37±3.63,and compared with the norm, the scores were higher than the norm, but the scores of avoidance and resignation are meaningful(P < 0.05).2.The single factor analysis of influencing factors of rumination in patients with MHDAccording to the single factor analysis, the factors that could influence rumination are as follows: gender(t=-3.959,P < 0.001),education(F=3.177,p=0.025),conscious awareness of disease(F=6.863,p=0.001);the factors that could influence deliberate rumination are as follows:education(F=14.153,P < 0.001),per capita monthly income of the family(F=7.974,P < 0.001),dialysis age(F=6.973,P < 0.001),conscious awareness of disease(F=7.395,p=0.001),subjective disease severity(F=3.066,p=0.049);the factors that could influence intrusive rumination are as follows:gender(t=-5.062,P < 0.001)and education(F=2.766,p=0.043),per capita monthly income of the family(F=5.642,p=0.001),dialysis age(F=3.558,p=0.015),conscious awareness of disease(F=4.227,p=0.016),subjective disease severity(F=4.355,p=0.014).3.Correlation between rumination rumination, social support and coping style in patients with MHDPearson correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between the deliberate rumination and perceived social support was 0.207(P<0.01),between the deliberate rumination and confrontation coping mode was 0.170(P<0.05),between the deliberate rumination and avoidance coping style was 0.200(P<0.01);The correlation coefficient between intrusive rumination and resignation coping style was0.287(P<0.01);perceived social support was correlation to the confrontation(r=0.221,P<0.01),the resignation(r=-0.185,P<0.01).4.Multivariate analysis of influencing factors of rumination in patients with MHDThe results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that dialysis age,per capita monthly income of the family, conscious awareness of disease were the important factors that affecting MHD patients deliberate rumination, can explainvariation of meditation level 21.6%(R2=0.216);gender,per capita monthly income of the family were the important factors affecting MHD patients intrusive rumination, can explain the variation of meditation invasion level 21.1%(R2=0.211).Conclusions:1.In this study, the score of rumination in MHD patients was above the middle level, and the level of deliberate rumination is higher than intrusive rumination; The score of perceived social support in MHD patients was abovethe middle level;MHD patientstend to use avoidance and resignation coping coping styles;2.Gender,educational level, disease awareness awareness of the general information were the factors of MHD patients rumination;Educational level, family income, dialysis age, conscious awareness of disease, subjective disease severity were the influence factors of the MHD patients deliberate rumination;Gender, educational level, family income, dialysis age, conscious awareness of disease, subjective disease severity were the influence factors of MHD in patients intrusive meditation;3.MHD patients deliberate rumination and perceived social support were positively correlated, positively correlated with positive coping style,MHD patients intrusive meditation and negative coping style was positively related;perceived social support and positive coping style, negatively correlated with negative coping style;4.The dialysis age,per capita monthly income of the family and conscious awareness of disease are the main factors influencing the MHD patients deliberate rumination;Gender and family income is the main influence factors of MHD in patients intrusive meditation.
