Objective: To explore the characteristics of social support,coping style and impulsiveness in patients with methadone maintenance therapy(MMT),and to find out the potential differences and rules among these factors.Methods: The general social demographic questionnaire,methadone maintenance therapy drug use questionnaire,ADR ADE record table,SSRS,SCSQ and BIS-11 were used to investigate the patients in 7 methadone maintenance therapy gates in 6 cities of Anhui Province from September 2017 to October 2018.Results:(1)Among 343 respondents,236(68.8%)were males and 107(31.2%)were females.The age ranged from 30 to 49 years(86.3%).The average age was 40.93 years.The education level was mainly secondary school(78.4%).The family income was less than 30,000 yuan(30.3%)and the majority of the individual income was non-income(35.3%).There were statistical differences in the composition of social demographic characteristics such as cultural level,marital status and annual income among different regions(P < 0.05).(2)The exposure time of poisons was the shortest one month,the longest 25 years,with an average of 8.77 years.The drug use time was mainly within 10 years(75.2%).The average treatment time of patients was 5.91 years,and the average maintenance dose of drugs was 53.70 ml.There were statistical differences in the composition of maintenance dose and maximum dose in different areas(P < 0.05).A total of 600 adverse reactions were reported.The most common adverse reactions were constipation(19.5%).(3)There were significant differences in the level of social support among different age,education level,family income and individual income(P < 0.05).Positive coping with patients' social support level had the greatest impact(B = 4.434).There were significant differences in coping styles among different gender,age,education level,family income and individual income(P < 0.05).Fantasy and avoidance had the greatest impact on coping style(B=-0.550).There were significant differences in the level of impulsiveness among patients with different gender,educational level,annual family income and annual personal income(P < 0.05).Fantasy and avoidance had the greatest impact on patients' impulsiveness(B = 3.261).Conclusion: The overall social support and impulsiveness of methadone maintenance therapy patients are at the middle level,and their coping tendency is more positive.Taking positive coping style can improve the level of social support of patients.Excessive fantasy and avoidance coping style will lead to more negative coping style and increase their impulsiveness.
