Background:Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammation which relates to immune reaction. The damage to the vascular endothelial function is the most basic and significant mechanism of atherosclerosis, the process of the which includes endothelial injury, lipoprotein deposition, foam cell formation, fiber hyperplasia and other changes, resulting in middle artery degeneration gradually.Intimal plaque can caused hemorrhage, rupture and thrombosis risk, while unstable plaque can fall off embolism risk [1-2].The relationship between smoking and coronary heart disease is extremely intimate.Tobacco and its metabolites can directly induce coronary spasm, which by all means can also intervent immune mechanisms by regulating the inflammatory mediators to endothelial injury, increasing blood viscosity, affecting glucose or lipid metabolic disturbance, etc. At present, the immune mechanism of atherosclerosis progress is getting promising, including immune cells and molecules involved in regulation. But the specific mechanism is not fully clear.Coronary heart disease(CHD)will provide more prospective perspectives for the clinical treatment. Objective:Effects of smoking on humoral immune function in patients with coronary heart diesase. Methods:From December 2015 to January 2017 at Jilin university hospital,120 patients with coronary heart disease were included.Combined with smoking index(years smoking by average daily smoking),them can be divided into three groups, such as A(smoking index 0)and B(smoking index of 0-400),C(smoking index of 400 or more). Moreover,as to smoking patients, according to whether they has given up smoking, are divided into quitted group and not quitting group.Collect patient's general situation and laboratory indexes(routine blood, myocardial troponin, blood lipid, blood glucose, renal function,immunoglobulin,complement,c-reactive protein).SPSS19.0 data analysis system to analyze process data. Results:There are obvious differences in three group A?B?C.With the increase of smoking index, levels of Ig G and Ig A elevate, while the Ig M levels drop.No quitting smoking group was obviously higher than that of the quitted group in Ig G level.Conclusion:1.Smoking can increase Ig G ?Ig A level and reduce the level of Ig M.Thus smoking effects the humoral immune function in patients with coronary heart diesase.2.Due to the decling of Ig G levels, the cardiovascular risk drops in the qiutted group. So it means a lot for reducing atherosclerosis and preventing cardiovascular events.
