Patients With Polystic Ovary Sydrome And Blood Stastic Constitution Clinical And Biochemical Characteristics Analysis

Objective:Based on 230 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of TCM Constitution,external signs,clinical and biochemical characteristics were collected and analyzed,to explore the relationship between biochemical indexes and blood stasis constitution PCOS clinical characteristics of patients with glucose and lipid metabolism.Through the comparison of blood stasis constitution and blood stasis constitution PCOS external signs,clinical and biochemical characteristics,clear blood stasis constitution of polycystic ovary syndrome diagnosis better,to play the advantages of Chinese medicine to prevent the occurrence of blood stasis constitution PCOS and improve the curative effect.Methods:From January 2015 to December 2016 in the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of TCM gynecology clinic were included in the standard of PCOS patients.Carried out by trained professionals,hairy,acne,a skin,excessive fat score,and inquired about menstruation,biochemical laboratory examination.The patients were in a quiet environment and fill in the constitution of TCM scale,according to Chinese medicine constitution classification and decision constitution type determination,divided into blood stasis constitution and the blood stasis constitution.Sorts through two groups of data by chi-square test,t-test statistics methods,such as the analysis of the relevant conclusions.Results:1 Age between the two groups,menarche age,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist hip ratio,systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure difference is no statistical significance(P>0.05).2 Between the two groups of LH,FSH,LH/FSH,SHBG,AND,FPG,FINS,HOMA IR,TG,TC,LDL,APOB,lipoprotein levels,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).And T,DHEAS levels in patients with blood stasis constitution group is lower than the blood stasis constitution group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood stasis constitution group of patients with HDL,APO-A level higher than the blood stasis constitution group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Hairy,acne score differences between the two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Blood stasis constitution group of patients with a skin incidence is higher than the tendency of blood stasis constitution and the blood stasis constitution group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Excessive fat score between the two groups have significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion1 The blood stasis constitution with the blood stasis constitution group general clinical characteristics of comparative differences have no statistical significance.And both the two groups of average BMI are 25 kg/m2.2 Between the two groups of reproductive hormones,glucolipid metabolic index and blood stasis constitution group of DHEAS levels lower than the blood stasis constitution group,blood stasis constitution group of HDL,APO-A level higher than that of the blood stasis constitution group,the difference was statistically significant.3 The external characteristic of comparison between the two groups,the incidences of a skin to blood stasis constitution is higher than the blood stasis constitution group,the difference was statistically significant.Blood stasis constitution with the blood stasis constitution group of excessive fat score more significant differences.4 Can be in the clinical,depending on the type of TCM syndrome types of PCOS,constitution through dialectical treatment,argue the ideas guiding the treatment of PCOS.In addition,the adjustment of biased constitution can be used to prevent and improve patients with PCOS symptoms,is of great significance on the prevention and treatment of PCOS.
