Bu Yang Yi Qi Zhi Beng Tang In Treating Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Metrorrhagia Clinical Observation

Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis of spleen-kidney yang deficiency metrorrhagia,application of Han Shi prescription "Bu yang Yi Qi Zhi Beng Tang " addition and subtraction treatment,clinical analysis and verification,Clear the hemostatic effect of Bu yang Yi Qi Zhi Beng Tang on spleen-kidney yang deficiency metrorrhagia,analysis of its mechanism of action,making it more efficient and flexible application in clinical.Methods:According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,collected in June 2015-December 2016,Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of the gynecological clinic of spleen-kidney yang deficiency metrorrhagia patients in 33 cases,the loss in 3 cases,applicated Bu yang Yi Qi Zhi Beng Tang treatment for 3 months,though the comparison of the curative effect before and after treatment,observe the hemostatic situation.improvement of clinical symptoms and changes of gonadal hormone indexes before and after treatment,statistical software SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:Relationship between clinical efficacy and age of patients,P>0.05,suggesting that there was no significant difference between the age and clinical efficacy of patients,no statistically significant,which proved that there was a good therapeutic effect on all ages of spleen-kidney yang deficiency metrorrhagia.Main symptoms and secondary symptoms before and after the symptom integral score results were P<0.05,suggesting the statistical significance.After treatment,the E2 and P values were significantly increased,the results showed that Bu yang Yi Qi Zhi Beng Tang has obvious improvement on the development and recovery of follicular development and ovulation function in patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency metrorrhagia.According to TCM symptom integral evaluation before and after the treatment,30 cases were cured in 8 cases,13 cases were markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,4 cases were invalid,the clinical total effective rate was 86.7%.Conclusion:Clinical findings confirm that Bu yang Yi Qi Zhi Beng Tang in the treatment of spleen-kidney yang deficiency metrorrhagia,clinical effect is remarkable,hemostatic effect is remarkable,hemostatic time is short,and the clinical symptoms improved significantly,can improve the patient's serum estradiol and progesterone value to play its role in the mechanism,no side effects.
