Clinical Observation Of Zhu Yang Xiao Ke An Decoction Treating Diabetic(Yang Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Syndromes)

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Zhu Yang Xiao Ke An Prescription treated Diabetic of the yang deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome,to provide a new way to cure those patients,help them enhance the quality of life.What's more,let more and more doctors pay more attention to these patients and go deep into the research about this type of diabetic.Bring hope to the patient.Methods: The study adopt the way of random comparison group method,This study selects 72 cases diabetes of the yang deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome who came to Nanzheng professer clinic from August 2016 to december 2017.All these patients are match condition of inclusion criteria,and divide them into two groups randomly.The two groups are equally in number,each group has 36 cases.Both two groups have control diet and exercise,besides the treatment group(36 cases)was treated with Zhu Yang Xiaoke An Decoction on the basis of Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets(Sino-US Shanghai Squibb Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Chinese medicine H20023370)0.5g,2 times daily,with the meal.Another 36 cases in control group were only treated with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets(Sino-US Shanghai Squibb Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Chinese medicine H20023370)0.5g,2times daily,with the meal..The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.Review the results of laboratory test,including Clinical symptom,Fasting plasma glucose,2-hour Postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol and triglyceride.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.11%,the total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%,Compared with the control group,the difference between the treatment group and the control group is statistically significant(P <0.01);The clinical symptoms,fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial 2H blood glucose,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)are statistically significant(P<0.01,P < 0.05).No one occured the untoward effect during the period of treatment.Conclusion: The Zhu Yang Xiaoke An decoction combined with metformin tablet is an effective method to treat the deficiency of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,which is more effective than the simple application of Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets,Especially in reducing the 2h blood glucose and improving the symptoms of patients are more superiority.what else,the Zhu Yang Xiaoke An decoction could reduce the level of TGand TC to a certain extent.It is beneficial to reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and dyslipidemia.The curative effect of the decoction is safe and definite.
