Objective and significance:Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Gui fu li zhong tang jia wei in treating habitual constipation with spleen and kidney yang deficiency,and provide a diagnosis and treatment ideas and methods for clinical treatment of this type of disease.Methods:Sixty subjects who met the criteria for habitual constipation of spleen-kidney yang deficiency were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table:30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.B oth groups were given basic treatment(including health education,lifestyle guidance,etc.).The treatment group was treated with Gui fu li zhong tang jia wei.The control group was treated with Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets.The treatment duration was 3 months in both groups.Observe and compare the changes in symptom scores and quality of life(SF-36)scores before and after treatment in both groups,and count the recurrence rate after treatment for one month.To evaluate the improvement of symptoms and quality of life and recurrence in two groups.Results:(1)Comparison of efficacy evaluation:After 3 months of treatment in the treatment group and the control group,the total effective rate were 96.66% and63.33%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The total score of symptoms is compared:According to different statistical methods,the median total symptom scores before and after treatment in the treatment group were:15.00,3.00,respectively.And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total scores of symptoms before and after treatment in the control group(X±S)were:15.03±2.953,8.53±3.884,respectively.And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The median total symptom scores after treatment in the two groups were:treatment group 3.00,control group 8.50,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)SF-36 total points comparison:After statistical analysis,the quality of life scores before and after treatment in the treatment group(X±S)were:88.840±12.7129?115.940±11.1777,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores before and after treatment in the control group(X±S)were: 90.420±11.7090?92.947±13.7831,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36scores(X±S)after treatment in the two groups were:treatment group115.940±11.1777,control group 92.947±13.7831,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Recurrence:After the end of treatment,the recurrence rate was 10.34% in the treatment group and 68.42% in the control group.(5)Safety observations:No adverse events occurred during the clinical trials in both groups.Conclusions:(1)Both treatment and control groups were able to improve the clinical symptoms associated with habitual constipation,but the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(2)Both the treatment group and the control group can improve the quality of life of patients with habitual constipation,but the improvement of the quality of life of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(3)The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.(4)Drugs used in both treatment and control groups are safe.
