Clinical Observation And Related Metabolic Parameters On Qushe Xiaoyin Decoction In Treating Blood Heat Type Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective: In order to observe the clinical observation of Qushe Xiaoyin decoction in treating blood heat type of psoriasis vulgaris,and through the effects of related metabolic parameters such as TC?TG,to explore the mechanism of Qushe Xiaoyin decoction in treating blood heat type of psoriasis vulgaris.Metheods:We selected patients with psoriasis vulgaris in progressive stage according to inclusion criteria of western medicine,and 70 cases of patients with white mange which belong to blood heat,through the diagnosis of TCM,which were randomly divided into two groups with 35 patients in each group.Treatment group with Qushe Xiaoyin decoction and control group with compound Xiaoyin Granule group.A course of treatment was 4 weeks.PASI score,pruritus severity score,the curative effects,TC?TG,and recurrence rate as well as incidence of adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment.Results: After treatment,PASI score and pruritus severity score of two groups were improved,the improvement of PASI score was better than this of the control group(P<0.01)and pruritus severity score of treatment group was better than this of the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate of treatment group was 87.9%,while the control group was 65.6%,the 2 groups,differences was statically significant(P<0.05).The leves of serum TC?TG of treatment group decreased significantly compared with control group,the differences was statically significant(P<0.01),the treatment group,s recurrence rate was 10.34%,the control group,s recurrence rate was42.86%,the 2 groups,differences was statically significant(P<0.05).During the period of alleviation,The treatment group,s maintenance time was more longer than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group,s incidence of adverse reactions rate was 6.06%,the control group,s incidence of adverse reactions rate was 9.38%,the 2groups,differences wasn,t statically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Qushe Xiaoyin decoction has the significantly therapeutic effect on blood heat type of psoriasis vulgaris,and it has the better therapeutic effect on the leves of serum TC?TG than Xiaoyin Granule,the mechanism may be related with regulating the metabolism disorder of blood lipid and improving microcirculation.
