Clinical Study On XiaoYin Capsule In Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris And Detection Of PCNA And Ki-67

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of xiaoyin capsule psoriasis vulgaris blood-heat syndrome, from the clinical, histopathological and immunohistochemical evaluation of the therapeutic effect of of the xiaoyin capsules, and explore the lesions PCNA, Ki-67impact, to further explore the mechanism of action of the capsule in the treatment of psoriasis Xiaoyin clear efficacy basis.Methods:Cases of blood-heat syndrome60cases of psoriasis vulgaris and TCM syndrome inclusion criteria to select the ratio of1:1, the observed object a random table randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, treatment group,30cases, the be xiaoyin capsule treatment. Control group30cases, be treatment of compound qingdai capsules daily for8weeks. PASI score changes before and after treatment to evaluate the efficacy, at the same time observe the adverse reactions. Randomly selected from both the treatment group of15patients with immunohistochemical method was measured before and after treatment of lesions of PCNA and Ki-67expression changes before and after treatment, self-control and determination of PCNA and Ki-10healthy skin tissue67expression levels.Results:①The xiaoyin capsules can significantly improve clinical symptoms of psoriasis patients, PASI score decreased after treatment there was statistically significant (P<0.05).②The treatment of patients with clinically cured rate of63.33%, the total effective rate was93.33%, compared to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).③before treatment in patients with lesions in the Ki-67expression is mainly distributed in the basal layer, prickle cell layer and the granular layer, were strongly positive expression was significantly higher than that of normal skin (P<0.05) after Xiaoyin capsule treatment expression before treatment was significantly decreased (P<0.05) and the comparison with the healthy control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), but still slightly above the normal skin control group.④PCNA expression in the skin lesions of patients before treatment of full-thickness epidermal cells were widely strong positive expression, the expression was significantly higher than that of normal skin (P<0.05) expression was significantly reduced after treatment, weakly positive expression or near-normal skin expressed. Compared before and after the treatment difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).⑤after treatment PASI score with lesions of PCNA and Ki-67expression levels were positively correlated (P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyin capsule treatment of psoriasis vulgaris to period blood heat syndrome patients were significantly better than a compound qingdai capsule; Xiaoyin capsules may be through the inhibition of cell proliferation, psoriasis alleviation of inflammation and proliferation process and therapeutic purposes, which may is one of the mechanisms of the treatment of psoriasis.
