Methods:90 patients with blood stasis type psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group,46 cases with stasis of Xiaoyin Tang Shuijianbi 2 times a day;light therapy the initial dose for the minimum erythema dose 0.3J/cm2, such as the patient without symptoms persist increments 0.2J/cm2, until the patients with mild reaction to stop raising the amount of erythema and reduce 0.2J/cm2, maintenance therapy. The initial light therapy the next day a times, a total of three times per week, according to the degree of improvement in patients with skin lesions, and gradually reduced to 2 times per week, every week a times, the last out. Control group,44 cases of the use of narrow-band UVB. compared to observe the patient's condition before and after treatment both groups changes and the changes of hemorheology; and record a variety of side-effects after treatment. Results:2 months after the treatment group and the control group were 82.61%,45.45%, after statistical analysis, between the treatment group and the control group were significant statistical difference (P<0.05); excellent efficacy of the treatment group in the control group. The two groups of patients after treatment hemorheology indexes have all been reduced, but the treatment group changed significantly, the two groups had a significant difference (P<0·05). The relapse rate after six months in control, the treatment group compared with the control group with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
