Clinical Characteristics And Quality Of Life Of Different Anxiety States In Patients Of Kidney Liver Depression Type With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objcetive:Analyze the effect of anxiety on the clinical manifestation,biochemical indexes and survival quality of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in patients of kidney liver depression type,and to provide more precise clinical treatment and improve the quality of life of PCOS patients.Methods:We recruit patients with PCOS who come from hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and conduct dialectics of Chinese medicine and write the Zung self rating anxiety scale(SAS).Then Record BMI,WHR,hairy,acne and black sprouts of patients with kidney liver depression type,and the patients write Chinese Quality of Life scale.FSH,LH,PRL,E2,T,DHEAS,AND,BG,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR(FPG × FINS/22.5),TG,CHOL,HDL and LDL levels were measured on the 3-5 of the mestrual cycle or progesterone withdrawal bleeding.The data were filled and analyzed in SPSS22.0.All the test to P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.Among the 982 cases of PCOS,patients with anxiety are 189 cases.kidney liver depression type with anxiety are 99 cases(52.4%),spleen phlegm 42 cases(22.2%),phlegm syndrome 35 cases(18.5%),kidney and blood stasis syndrome 13 cases(6.9%).2.There were 365 cases with PCOS of kidney liver depression type,266 cases(40.28 ± 5.40)in non-anxiety and 99 cases in anxiety group,68 cases(53.44±2.71)in 50<score<60 group,31 cases(64.36±4.48)in 60≤score group.3.The scores of hairy and acne in the anxiety group were higher than those in the non-anxiety group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,BMI,WHR and black spike.4.The levels of LH and T in anxiety group were higher than those in non-anxiety group,while SHBG was lower than that in non-anxiety group,but there was no significant difference between FSH,PRL,E2,T,DHEAS and AND.In anxiety group,E2 and T are higher in 60≤score group than 50<score<60 group.5.The level of HDL in anxiety group was significantly lower than that in non-anxiety group,but in LDL and FPG group,the anxiety group was higher than that in non-anxiety group.The anxiety score does not substantially affect TG,CHOL,FINS,HOMA-IR levels.Different anxiety score does not affect glucose and lipid metabolism.6.The anxiety state affects the quality of life of the patience with kidney liver depression type,and is more significant in the aspect of the shape and spirit.In the aspect of sadness and happy,with the increase in anxiety,the lower the score.Conclusions:1.kidney liver depression type in a large proportion of PCOS with anxiety;2.Anxious state aggravated patients with PCOS of kidney liver depression type in hairy and acne;3.Anxious state affect the levels of LH,T,SHBG,E2,HDL,LDL and FPG in patients with PCOS of kidney liver depression type;4.Anxious state reduce the quality of life of patients with PCOS of kidney liver depression type.
