Effects Of Shexiangtongxin Dropping Pill On TCM Syndrome Of Stable Angina Pectoris(Phlegm And Heat Stasis Type)

Objective:To observe the effect of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pill on TCM syndrome and Treadmill exercise test in patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm stasis type)by randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled method.Treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina(phlegm stasis type)the effectiveness of the basis for clinical treatment.Methods:All the subjects were choosed from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine outpatients,from May 2015 to July 2016,and patients were willing to sign the patient informed consent.After 2 weeks into the elution period,20 cases were included in the standard,according to 1:1 were randomly divided into two groups,including the test group and the control group were 10 cases.Two groups of patients were treated on the basis of standard treatment of angina pectoris of western medicine.The rats in the test group were orally taken with the heart of the musk and the control group.The control group was given orally twice a day,in a total of 56±7 days.Recorded the basic vital signs of patients before and after the test,TCM syndrome table,standard BRUCE exercise plate test indicators.Result:1.In the total score of TCM syndromes,the test group was significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,individual symptoms of effective(except palpitations,physical obesity),the test group were higher than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was significant difference between the test group and the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant after treatment compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills can reduce the TCM syndrome of patients with angina pectoris(phlegm stasis type).2.Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills can reduce the degree of ischemia of patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm stasis type de),in treadmill exercise test.
