Clinical Observation Of Taiqi Pei-yuan Granule Combined With Highly Effective Antiretroviral Therapy For AIDS Patients

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Taiqi Peiyuan Granule on the treatment of AIDS patients,and to further explore the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine compound in AIDS treatment.Methods: 43 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the simple randomized method.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine compound Taiqi Pei-yuan granule combined with highly effective antiretroviral(HARRT)The CD4~+T lymphocyte count,viral load,CD3~+T lymphocyte count,CD8~+T lymphocyte count,and CD4/CD8 ratio were observed before and after treatment.The patients were treated with HARRT alone and the observation period was 3 months.TCM syndromes total points,individual TCM syndrome points and safety indicators of the changes.Results: 1.CD4~+T lymphocyte count: the traditional Chinese medicine compound Taiqi Pei-yuan granule combined treatment group compared with the simple HARRT control group,CD4~+T lymphocyte count changes are different,and the difference is statistically significant;2.viral load: Compared with the HARRT control group,the changes of the viral load were different,and the difference was statistically significant.3.CD3~+T lymphocyte count: Chinese medicine compound Taiqi Pei-yuan granule combined treatment.4.CD8~+T lymphocyte count: the traditional Chinese medicine compound Taiqi Pei-yuan granule combined treatment group and the simple HARRT control group,the difference was statistically significant and the difference was statistically significant 5.CD4/CD8 ratio: There was no significant difference in CD4/CD8 ratio between traditional Chinese medicine compound Taiqi Pei-yuan granule combined with treatment group and HARRT control group alone,and there was no significant difference between CD8~+T lymphocyte count and CD8~+T lymphocyte count.6.TCM syndromes total score: traditional Chinese medicine compound Taiqi Pei-yuan particles combined with HARRT group compared with the HARRT control group after treatment,the degree of decline in TCM syndromes are different,and the difference is statistically significant;7.single TCM syndrome There were differences between the two groups.Compared with the HARRT control group,there were differences between the two groups.Compared with the HARRT control group,there were significant differences in relieving patients with fatigue,night sweats,sweating,dry mouth,There are no statistically significant differences in TCM syndromes such as headache,irritability,palpitations,limb numbness,insomnia,dizziness and other TCM syndromes;8,safety indicators: traditional Chinese medicine compound Taiqi Pei-yuan particles combined with HARRT group and simple HARRT(L),erythrocyte(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),platelet count(PLT),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and the percentage of neutrophils(N),lymphocyte percentage(L),erythrocyte(AST),urea(BUN)and creatinine(Cr)were not statistically significant.Although the WBC count was different and the difference was statistically significant,the numerical changes were Within the normal range,and after treatment,the white blood cell count increased.Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine compound Taiqi Peiyuan Granule not only improves the clinical symptoms and signs of Chinese medicine patients,but also can increase the CD4~+T,CD3~+T lymphocyte count value,thus protecting the immune function of patients;therefore,the traditional Chinese medicine compound Taiqi Peiyuan Granules in improving patients Immune function has played an active role in traditional Chinese medicine compound too Qi Yuan Pei Yuan particles of good security,and may have increased the role of white blood cells.
