Objective: To study relevance of the primary hypertension(essential hypertension,EH)patients with brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(ba PWV),carotid intima-media thickness(c IMT)and homocysteine(Hcy),D-dimer.Methods: The study was performed on 246 hypertension patients who meet the criteria the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May 2014 to May 2015.Measurement of ba PWV and c IMT,according to ba PWV were divided into normal group(ba PWV<1700cm/s)and abnormal group(?1700cm/s).According to c IMT were divided into normal group(c IMT<0.9mm),thickening group(0.9 ?c IMT<1.2mm),plaque group(c IMT?1.2mm).And detection of Hcy,D-dimer and blood biochemistry.Results: 1.Arterial stiffness in abnormal group,Hcy and D dimer than arterial stiffness in normal group increased significantly;In c IMT normal group,the thickening group,the plaque group,Hcy and D-dimer were also increased.2.Partial correlation analysis showed that after excluded age,weight,blood lipids and blood glucose,ba PWV and Hcy,D-dimer were positively correlated(r=0.18?0.32,P<0.05);c IMT and Hcy,D-dimer were also positively correlated(r=0.56?0.27,P<0.05);Ba PWV was positively correlated with c IMT(r= 0.29,P<0.05).Conclusion: The increase of Hcy and the D-dimer,c IMT and ba PWV are related to the presence of atherosclerosis. |
