Uygur,Han Chinese Patients With Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Insulin Secretion And Insulin Resistance

Objective : To discuss the two dimensional han nationality patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes insulin secretion and insulin resistance.Methods: Adopt the method of clinical retrospective analysis,selection of Uighur and han two races of 345 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes,divided into two groups,uygur,han,analysis of general information,on an empty stomach,and sugar load between the two groups after the blood sugar and serum insulin each time point,calculation of ? cell function index,insulin sensitivity index(ISI)and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance index assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),with?cell function index(HOMA-?),modified ? cell function index(MBCI)and early insulin secretion index(IGI),glucose disposal index(DI)to assess the ? cell secretion.Then according to the Chinese BMI level,can be divided into two groups of normal weight,overweight obesity group,between the two groups for uygur,han,between the comparison of insulin secretion and insulin resistance index.Results: The differences in BMI,weight,waist circumference,ISI,homa-ir,homa-beta and MBCI were statistically significant(P < 0.05).According to BMI group,the comparison between uyghur and han Chinese ISI,HOMA IR and MBCI was statistically significant(P < 0.05)in overweight and obese people.Conclusions: The uygur and han nationality patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes insulin secretion and insulin resistance is differ,the Uighur degree of insulin resistance in patients with higher than that of the han nationality,insulin secretion is better than that of the han nationality,mainly displays in the overweight obesity.The uighurs are significantly more obese than the han Chinese,and the risk of type 2 diabetes in the han is higher than that of the uighurs.
