| Objective: By observing the clinical effect of “shuang bai gao”in treatment of early swelling of calcaneal fracture to verify the efficacy and scientificity of Shuang Bai Gao.Methods:46 patients with early swelling of calcaneal fracture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Patients in treatment group were treated with“Shuang Bai Gao” and conventional treatment while the control group was treated only with conventional treatment.The course of treatment is 9 days.Circumference of heel and extent of ecchymosis were observed at 10 am every day.Results:(1)During the experiment,1 cases in the experiment group appeared allergic reaction and 1 case in control group auto-discharged.44 cases completed the experiment.(2)Compared in the group before and after the experiment,there was statistically significant difference in circumference of heel and extent of ecchymosis after 2 days(<0.05).(3)Compared between the two groups after the experiment,there was statistically significant difference in circumference of heel and extent of ecchymosis after 5 days(P<0.05).Conclusion: “Shuang Bai Gao” can effectively alleviate early swelling of calcaneal fracture and ecchymoma. |
