Clinical Observation Of Rh-endostatin In The Treatment Of Keloid

Objective:To investigate efficacy and safety of rh-endostatin in the treatment of keloid.Method:64 patients with keloid in January 2015 to January2016 were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,32 cases in each group,both were treated with CO2 laser array.Before and after surgery,we measured the surface area of the scar and established the electronic record,multifocal and total area of individual,sign the communication record and operation agreement,local clean skin and topical drug compound lidocaine cream topical anesthesia,treatment parameters(energy,density and pulse frequency)after successful anesthesia.Early postoperative local cold cool,with mupirocin ointment to prevent infection,patients in control group were given oral antioxidant vitamin C and antibiotics,patients in the observation group were treated with antioxidant vitamins C and antibiotics,rh-endostatin injected into scar tissue,injection volume of 0.1~0.2 mg/cm2,once a month,to complete the treatment of 3times.compared with the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,the symptom improvement score after three month,time required for wound repair,treatment satisfaction and observed the adverse events.Results:the efficient rate difference ang the incidence of adverse reactions were no statistically significant between two groups(P>0.05);the clinical symptoms include itching and pain score in the observation group were lower than that inthe control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),wound scab time,scab off time and the wound completely healed time in the observation group were shorter than that in the the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 3 months,the satisfaction in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction scores of the observation group were better than the control group.Conclusion:rh-endostatin human endostatin combined with laser treatment of keloid is better than simple laser treatment,can shorten the healing time of the wound and relieve the itching and pain of the keloid,and has better safety.
