| Object:To observe the effect of acupoint sticking therapy on the clinical efficacy of asthmatic patients with asthma and allergic rhinitis,and to study the effect of acupoint application on InterFeron-γ、InterLeukin-4 in serum.Methods:From June to August in 2016 in Jiangsu Province,Chinese medicine hospital acupuncture and moxibustion clinics acupoints treatment of asthma patients,according to whether or not allergic rhinitis,divided into simple asthma group(no allergic rhinitis group),with allergies Rhinitis group(with allergic rhinitis group),Twenty-one patients with asthma alone,combined with allergic rhinitis group of 27 patients,a total of 48 patients..The levels of IL-4 and IFN-y in the serum of patients with asthma were measured before and 3 months after treatment and 6 months after the end of treatment.ACT and AQLQ scores were measured by ELISA.Results:① Clinical outcome:(1)The 3-month ACT score at the end of the treatment was statistically significant in the asthma group and the allergic rhinitis group compared with the same period before treatment(p<0.05)6-month ACT score after treatment Before and after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).(2)The AQLQ activity score at 3 months and 6 months after the end of treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05)in the asthma group compared with the same period before treatment.(3)The AQLQ asthma symptom score at 3 months after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05)in the asthma group and the combined allergic rhinitis group.The AQLQ asthma symptom score at 6 months after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05)in asthma group and allergic rhinitis group compared with pre-treatment period.The AQLQ asthma symptom score was statistically significant at 3 months after treatment in patients with asthma alone and in patients with allergic rhinitis(p<0.05).(4)The psychological status score of AQLQ patients was statistically significant(p<0.05)in asthma group and allergic rhinitis group compared with the same period before treatment.At 6 months after treatment,the AQQ patients had a statistically significant difference between the asthma group and the allergic rhinitis group(p<0.05).(6)At the end of 3 months after treatment,the scores of AQLQ patients were significantly different from those of patients with allergic rhinitis(p<0.05).At the end of 6 months after treatment,AQLQ patients had a statistically significant difference(p&It;0.05)compared with the same period before treatment.(6)3 months after the end of treatment AQLQ patients with their own health care score compared with the same period before treatment,simple asthma group was statistically significant(p<0.05).IL-4 and IFN-γ results:Compared with before treatment,asthma alone serum IL-4 before and after the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum IL-4 between the patients with allergic rhinitis(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in IL-4 levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum IFN-y levels between the asthma group and the allergic rhinitis group(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in IFN-γ levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupoints for asthma alone or with allergic rhinitis can be better control of asthma,which combined with allergic rhinitis in patients with asthma,duration of treatment is shorter.2.Acupoint treatment of asthma can improve the psychological status of asthma patients,simple asthma patients to improve the more obvious.3.The treatment of simple asthmatic treatment of asthma may be mainly through the regulation of Th2 lymphocytes secrete IL-4,regulate the body’s IL-4 levels,and then adjust the Th1/Th2 cell population dysfunction,inhibition of airway inflammation Response,to achieve the purpose of treatment of asthma.4.The level of IL-4 and IFN-γ in the serum of patients with asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis was not obvious,and the duration of short duration of treatment was probably the reason. |
