Combined Therapy Of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis With Qi-reinforcing And Freeing Lung And Acupoint Application-A Clinical Study

Objective: To observe the combined therapy effect of perennial allergicrhinitis with Qi-reinforcing and Freeing Lung and acupoint application, thusprovides a mentality and the method for the Chinese medicine preventing andcontrolling perennial allergy rhinitis.Data and Methods: To conforms to the condition 60 example perennialallergy rhinitis patient, divides into the treatment group according to thestochastic principle, control group A and control group B, each group of 20examples. The treatment group were treated with Qi-reinforcing and FreeingLung and acupoint application; control group A used the pure acupuncture pointapplication the treatment; and control group B were treated with Qi-reinforcingand Freeing Lung only. Observed three groups of clinical curative effects.Results: (1)After 40 days treatment, three group of comprehensive curativeeffects respectively was: Treatment group: 85％, control group A: 70％, controlgroup B: 60％, compared with non-significance difference (P＞0.05).(2)A month after therapy, treatment group overall curative effect effectiveness was 90％, control group A and control group B overalleffectiveness respectively was 55％and 60％, the treatment group and thecontrol group, showing statistics significance (P＜0.05, P＜0.01).(3) The treatment group can significantly cut down the lever of IgE inpatients' blood serum, and there was significant difference when compared withcontrol group.(4) There was not adverse reaction for clinical application.Conclusion:①Two methods of treatment have the good curative effect tothe perenn, ial allergy rhinitis.②Combined therapy with Qi-reinforcing and Freeing Lung and acupointapplication can essentially enhance organism immunity and achieveanti-allergic the effect.③Qi-reinforcing and Freeing Lung and acupoint application are the safeeffective internal medicine, the external use Chinese native medicinepreparation.
