Clinical Observation Of Chaimu Jieyu Anshen Decoction Combined With Deanxit In The Treatment Of Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chai Mu Jie Yu Anshen Decoction combined with Deanxit in treating generalized anxiety disorder of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods: From September 2017 to November 2018,64 patients with generalized anxiety disorder(GAD)who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Encephalopathy Department of Hebei Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected,26 males and 38 females,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.30 patients in each group were given halopethiazide-ton melitracen tablets(trade name: Deli New Danish Lingbei Pharmaceutical),One tablet once a day,in the morning.The treatment group was in the treatment group.On this basis,Chai Mu Jieyu Anshen Decoction was added or subtracted,1 dose per day,decocted and extracted 400 ml of juice,and warmed twice in the morning and evening.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Relevant scales were scored before treatment,1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,and the data were analyzed statistically to evaluate the effectiveness of drugs.Result:1.Clinical effective rate: The clinical effective rate of TCM in treatment group and control group was 93.33% and 67.74% respectively.The clinical effective rates of HAMA score were 96.67% and 70.97% respectively.The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Observation of curative effect indexes:(1)HAMA score: There was no significant difference in HAMA score between the two groups before treatment,and 1 weeks after treatment(p>0.05);after 2 or 4 weeks of treatment,the HAMA score of the treatment group was lower than that of thecontrol group(p<0.05).(2)SAS score: There was no significant difference group(P<0.05).(2)SAS score: There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).(3)Score of TCM Symptoms Scale: There was no significant difference before treatment and after one week of treatment(P>0.05).After two and four weeks of treatment,the score of TCM Symptoms Scale in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05).(4)Core symptoms of TCM: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the improvement of irritability,anxiety and tension symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement of insomnia,starvation and lack of food,fatigue and fatigue symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Safety: No significant adverse reactions occurred in the course of treatment in both groups.Conclusion:Chai Mu Jie Yu Anshen Decoction combined with Deanxit has definite clinical efficacy and no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of GAD with liver depression and spleen deficiency,and is safe.Chai Mu Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with Deanxit was superior to the control group in reducing the score of GAD TCM symptom scale from the 2nd week of treatment,and Chai Mu Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with Deanxit had advantages in improving the core symptoms such as insomnia,stupor and lack of food,fatigue and fatigue.
