Objective:To explore the epidemiological characteristics of syphilis patients treated from January 2013 to December 2015 at the Second Hospital of Jilin University and the related factors affecting the prognosis of syphilis,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of syphilis.Methods:A total of 294 patients with syphilis were enrolled in the second hospital of Jilin University from January 2013 to December 2015.The epidemiological characteristics and clinical features of the patients were collected.RPR test,TP test,TP and RPR Positive patients were collected for clinical diagnosis and staging.The follow-up database was established to study the effect of related factors on the prognosis of patients with standardized two-year follow-up data.Results:Between 2013 and 2015,294 cases of syphilis were treated.(1)Among the 294 cases of syphilis,118 cases were male,accounting for 40.14%of the patients and 176 cases of female patients,accounting for 59.86%of the patients,Male to female ratio is of 0.67:l,female patients are about 1.5 times of the male pa tients.28 cases(2.82%)were illiterate,8 cases were primary school culture(accounting for 2.72%),128 cases(43.54%)in junior high school,70 cases(23.81%)in senior high school,45 cases(15.31%)in bachelor and master and above 15 cases(5.10%).Pations whose education level are junor high school and below are a total of 164 cases,accounting for 55.78%of the total patients.(2)Predominantly heterosexual transmission(95.24%of the total),followed by homosexual transmission(1.36%of the total),iatrogenic transmission accounted for 0.68%of the total.(3)96 cases in primary syphilis(15.84%),141 cases in secondary syphilis(47.96%),2 cases in third syphilis in(0.68%),132 cases in latent syphilis(44.90%),10 cases in fetal syphilis(3.40%).(4)19 cases were combined with HIV and genital herpes.Among them,3 cases were HIV infection(2 males and 1 female),accounting for 1.02%.There were 15 cases(10 males and 5 females),Accounting for 5.10%with the merger of HIV and genital herpes in 1 case(male),accounting for 0.34%.(5)Of the 294 patients treated with plum,278 cases(94.56%)were enamel penicillin,12 cases(4.08%)of azithromycin and 4 cases(1.36%)of ceftriaxone sodium.Benzazole penicillin program after treatment RPR negative rate was 90.28%,other programs after treatment,the negative rate was 62.50%.Benzathine penicillin program treatment,primary syphilis negative rate of 100%,far more than second syphilis negative rate of 90.84%,latent period of syphilis 90.63%,and fetal syphilis negative rate of 87.50%,while the third syphilis negative rate is 0%.Conclusion:(1)In Changchun area,Jilin Province,the incidence of syphilis in men and women is 0.67:1,female patients are about 1.5 times of the male patients;(2)In the level of education,the majority of them are junior high school and below,young people and low cultural population is the focus of attention;(3)The transmission of syphilis is mainly heterosexual transmission;(4)The clinical stage of syphilis are mainly secondary syphilis and latent syphilis;(5)The use of benzathine penicillin program for plum patients,the negative rate are 90.29%,significantly higher than other programs(62.50%).(6)The highest rate of RPR turning negetive is primary syphilis,and the RPR negetive rate is 100%,which is significantly higher than that of secondary syphilis 90.84%and latent syphilis 90.63%.While the third syphilis negative rate of 0.
