Clinical Study On The Intervention Of Liver Kidney Spleen And Stomach Maintenance Therapy In Treating Damp Heat Constitution

ObjectiveThe study is based on the damp heat constitution patients in Guangdong area,with TCM meridian detection technology,according to the change of meridian energy value to get a kind of effective control method.MethodsThe research was used to randomize,single blind method,and included in 120 cases of participants in total.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,60 in each group,treated for 2 months,each course of 6 days.The main observation inde.x was damp heat constitution rate scale.Before and after treatment,the patients were accepted to meridians collateralsdetectedtechnology?Specific groups are as follows:Experimental group:the liver and kidney maintenance therapy?the prescription of clearing away heat and dampControl group:common acupuncture?cupping?the prescription of clearing away heat and dampIn the process of research,all the research object,the test was operated by professional,analysis of the data,the database was established,scientific and standardized statistical method was used,thus the experiment results were obtained.Results(1)The overall curative effect8 cases dropped out in the 120 cases,each group was 56 cases were successfully completed in this trial.The clinical effect of experimental group was 88.33%,while 70.17%of control group.By statistical software(p<0.05),there was a significant difference.So as to we could get a conclusion that two methods had a satisfactory curative effect,and the experimental group was better.(2)The damp heat constitution assessment scalea.Before and after treatment in each group,compared with the damp heat constitution assessment scale.By statistical,there was a significant difference(p<0.05).b.Compared with two groups,by statistical(p<0.05),there was a significant difference,indicated that the treatment group has a better clinical effect than control group on damp heat symptoms.(3)Before and after treatment in twelve meridians collaterals valuea.Before and after treatment in each group,compared with twelve meridians collaterals value.By statistical,there was a significant difference(p<0.05).Therefore,two kinds of therapy were effective.b.Compared with treatment group and control group,by statistical(p<0.05),there was a significant difference,indicated that treatment group were superior to control groups in twelve meridians collaterals value.Conclusion1.With the addition of the liver and kidney maintenance therapy,the prescription of clearing away heat and damp to cure damp heat constitution patients,clinical effect was quite satisfactory,and provide a new therapy of damp heat constitution patients.2.This way can clearly cure abnormal meridians energy of damp hot constitution patients,and made disordered meridian value come to balance,the clinical effect was fairly better for control high energy to normal energy.Hence,meridian detected technology could regard as a objective basis for clinical evaluation.
