The Clinical Curative Effect Of Zoledronic Acid For The Treatment Of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of zoledronic acid for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 66 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis were selected from 2012 to 2016 in our hospital who accepted the treatment of zoledronic acid.The age span of patients:51 to 97 years,average(68.606±8.621)years.Each patient used calcitriol 0.5?g per day and a piece of calcium carbonate tablet one day as the based treatment,then everyone used zoledronic acid 5mg once per year.Detected BMD and the serum t-P1NP,N-MID,?-CTX,25-OH-VD level before treatment and one year after treatment.Contrasted and analyzed the differences of these data in pretherapy and post-treatment,and also can compare the BMD and bone metabolic markers of pretherapy and post-treatment in each age group(51-60years,61-70years,>70years).Results:The total lumbar vertebrae BMD,the serum t-P1NP,N-MID,p-CTX and 25-OH-VD have significant differences between pretherapy and post-treatment(P<0.05).The right hip joint BMD after one year of treatment has no significant differences with those before treatment(P>0.05).The lumbar vertebrae BMD,the serum t-P1NP,N-MID,?-CTX and 25-OH-VD in each age group(51-60years,61-70years,>70years)after one year of treatment all have significant differences with pretherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:Receiving the treatment of zoledronic acid can improve total lumbar vertebrae BMD and perfect bone metabolic markers of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients,and the clinical curative effects indwell every age group.
