ObjectiveThe effects of oral ossification and calcium on bone mineral density of lumbar and bilateral hip in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients were compared with oral ossified alcohol and calcium, and the first, two and three zoledronic acids were injected into the patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis.MethodsRetrospective analysis was conducted from January 2015 to January 2018 at the Department of orthopedics at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University.Bone mineral density was examined and confirmed as "osteoporosis" or T value less than-2.0SD,and all postmenopausal patients with "history of brittle fracture" and other metabolic diseases were excluded. All patients were given oral calcium(calcium carbonate containing 1.25 g,equivalent to calcium containing 500 mg,vitamin D3 200IU)and calcified alcohol(0.5ug/d).The patients were divided into 4 groups,The control group was only oral calcitriol and calcium after postmenopausal osteoporosis. The experimental group 1(Study Group)was given intravenous drip of Zoledronic Acid Injection on the basis of oral calcitriol and calcium for postmenopausal osteoporosis patients. The experimental group 2(Study Group)was given intravenous drip of Zoledronic Acid Injection for two times on the basis of oral ossifying alcohol and calcium. The experimental group 3(Study Group)was given intravenous drip of Zoledronic Acid Injection for three times on the basis of oral ossifying alcohol and calcium. After six months of intravenous use of zoledronic acid, bone mineral density was measured. The effects of oral ossification and calcium on the bone mineral density in different parts of the patients with osteoporosis were observed in 22 cases for three years, and the first, two, and three doses of zoledronic acid were injected on the basis of oral ossification and calcium on the basis of oral ossification and calcium.ResultsAfter treatment, bone mineral density of each group in the three groups was significantly higher than that in the control group at the same time. The bone mineral density of each group in the experimental group 3 increased compared with that in the experimental group 2 and the experimental group 1.The bone mineral density of each group in the experimental group 2 increased compared with that in the experimental group 1.In group 1,after treatment with zoledronic acid in 3 age postmenopausal patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis, the bone density of the lumbar and bilateral hips increased significantly than before the treatment. There was no significant difference in the range of increase in bone mineral density between different age groups and different parts before and after treatment.Conclusion1.The use of zoledronic acid on the basis of ossifying alcohol and calcium can effectively enhance bone mineral density in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.2.When calcium content, vitamin D,and ossification are sufficient, the continuous acceptance of Zoledronic Acid Injection for 3 years is greater than only 1 years and 2 years of Zoledronic Acid Injection treatment for bone mineral density.3.After supplementation of calcium content, vitamin D and osseous alcohol, the increase of bone density in different age groups was approximately the same for 1 years after treatment with Zoledronic Acid Injection.
