Osteofascial CompartmentSyndrome is the limb trauma occurred in the limb-specific fascia within the progressive changes,the main features of the progressive increase in blood circulation disorders,followed by neuromuscular severe ischemia or even necrosis,its rapid onset,the development of Quickly,most seen in the forearm palm and calf.Early diagnosis and timely treatment of osteofascial compartment syndrome is particularly important because of the irreversible necrosis and damage of neuromuscular ischemia and hypoxia after a certain period of time.Not only seriously affect the limb function,and even can lead to amputation,endanger the lives of patients,so once the diagnosis must be immediately cut the decompression.In 1994,VSD negative pressure closed drainage technology after the introduction of surgical field more and more applications of this technology.VSD negative pressure drainage can effectively deal with the incision of the osteofascial compartment syndrome after reduction,reduce the incidence of complications after the traditional decompression,but the simple VSD negative pressure drainage is still there to improve the limb ischemic situation is relatively slow,Long course of disease,the incidence of complications is relatively high,higher cost of surgery,patients with heavy economic burden and other issues.Objective:To compare the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on the treatment of patients with osteofascial compartment syndrome(VSD)through traditional Chinese medicine combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and conventional treatment.Syndrome in patients with VSD after the combination of Chinese and Western medicine to provide a systematic and scientific basis for the theoretical guidance of clinical work.Methods:The subjects were randomly divided into A group,B conventional +traditional Chinese medicine group,C routine + hyperbaric oxygen treatment group,D conventional + traditional Chinese medicine plus hyperbaric oxygen combined treatment group.A group of patients with osteofascial compartment syndrome after conventional treatment of VSD;B conventional + traditional Chinese medicine group given bone capsule syndrome patients after VSD routine treatment based on oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine to assist the treatment;C conventional + hyperbaric oxygen group to give bone Patients with fascia compartment syndrome were treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of conventional treatment of VSD.Dconventional + traditional Chinese medicine + hyperbaric oxygen combined therapy group was treated with conventional treatment of bone capsule syndrome(VSD).The time of the limb swelling,the time of opening the wound,the chance of thrombosis,and the chance of reoperation were compared between the treatment group and the control group.Results: A control group of patients with improved circulatory effect of the total effective rate of 80%,the risk of thrombosis 3.2%,good granulation tissue without infection 52%,feasible stage ? wound skin graft 44%,skin necrosis must be the incidence of amputation 4%;B The total effective rate of circulation was 88%,the chance of thrombosis was 1.6%,the granulation tissue was 36% without infection,64%of stage ? wound skin grafting,the incidence of skin and necrosis was 0;C routine +Hyperbaric oxygen group to improve the total effective rate of 88% of the circulatory effect,the risk of thrombosis 2.4%,good granulation tissue without infection 32%,feasible stage ? wound skin grafting 68%,skin necrosis must be the incidence of amputation 0;The total effective rate was 92%,the risk of thrombosis was 0.8%,the granulation tissue was good and no infection was 20%,feasible 80% of stage ? wound,and the incidence of skin necrosis was amalgamated by the combination of Chinese medicine and hyperbaric oxygen combined treatment group 0.(P <0.05).Conclusion:There is a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of bone capsule syndrome can improve the blood circulation of the limb,reduce the chance of thrombosis,promote wound healing and reduce the chance of infection.At the same time,Reduce the economic burden of patients,improve patient satisfaction.This paper presents its own countermeasures.Through the analysis of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and conventional treatment on the individual patients after VSD in patients with osteofascial compartment syndrome,the results of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with conventional therapy in VSD patients with osteofascial compartment syndrome.
