Objective: Discuss the standardized treatment of Osteofascial Compartment Syndrome and its continuing education mode,evaluate the efficacy of the standardized treatment of implementing and continuing education,improve physicians understanding of Osteofascial Compartment Syndrome at all levels,to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and for the development of Osteofascial Compartment Syndrome prevention and control measures to provide effective reference data.Method: From 2003 to 2017,a physician at all levels of the guangxi zhuang autonomous region to carry out the standardization treatment of Osteofascial Compartment Syndrome and continuing education,including all kinds of academic conference,the patrol base,refresher doctors and graduate training,etc.The clinical retrospective analysis of all cases of Osteofascial Compartment Syndrome in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university from January 2003 to December 2017 was collected.Results all cases data registration into the Excel table(2007 edition),then,set up the database,using epidemiological method to describe the general information(January 2003-December 2003,the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university 187 cases Osteofascial Compartment Syndrome),including sex ratio,age distribution,cause of injury,multiple parts and fracture type.Through the analysis of the external misdiagnosis rate and the amputation rate after re-admission,the standardized treatment of Osteofascial Compartment Syndrome and the effect of education were evaluated.Results: 1 The general data January,2003-December,2017,the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university were treated 187 patients with Osteofascial Compartment Syndrome,with 153 cases male patients(81.8%),34 case female patients(18.2%),the sex ratio of 4.5:1.The average age was 28,among which 46 cases(24.6%)were in 11-20 age group,42 cases(22.4%)in the 21-30 age group,and 6 cases(3%)were younger than 61 years of age.Damage reason of traffic accidents accounted for the first 71 cases(38%),crush injury 32 cases(17%),fall 29 cases(16%),14 cases(7%),medical source correlation,falling 10 cases(5%),8 cases and burns in 7 cases,6 cases of snakebite,shooting 4 cases,4 cases of the sports injury,the other 3 cases.It was found in 116 cases(62.0%),63 cases(33.7%)in the forearm,3 in the thigh,3 in the upper and 2 in the palm.Among them,145 cases(77.5%)were combined,and 42 cases(22.5%)were not combined,and 30 cases were open fractures,accounting for 16%.In the fracture type,the tibiofibular fracture was 46%,the forearm fracture was 29%,the femur fracture was 9%,the tibial plateau fracture was 9%,the humerus fracture was 5%,the metacarpal fracture was 1%,the joint dislocation 1%.2 The effect of Osteofascial Compartment Syndrome standardizationtreatment and continuing education From 2003 to 2017 We carried out standardized treatment training and continued education about 40 times.The out-of-hospital misdiagnosis rate dropped from 100% in 2003 to 40% in 2017,and the rate of amputation dropped from 37.5% in 2003 to 10% in 2017.Conclusion: Through the development of standardized treatment of Osteofascial Compartment Syndrome and the continuation of education,doctors at all levels have an improved understanding,and the misdiagnosis rate and amputation rate have reduced.The effect is significant and worthy of promotion.
