The Study Of Relationship Between Doctors And Patients For Third-Level Grade-A Hospitals

As the economy of China taking off,the quality of life and medical service is showing a wide range of requirements.The masses are no longer satisfied with simple physical rehabilitation,but more attention to the entire treatment process.The contradictions between multiple requirements and the single medical treatment process,resulting in the current tension relationship between doctors and patients.Frequent incidents of doctors and patients disputes,has become the focus of society.The relationship between doctors and patients as an important component of social relations,has affect the harmonious development of society.Based on the questionnaire study of four hospitals and its surrounding in Anshan,divided into three impacts,including publics,patients,medical workers in three groups.The designing of the questionnaires include basic information,such as education,age,monthly income and the status of the doctor-patient relationship,such as doctor-patient relationship satisfaction,the responsible party medical dispute,the doctor-patient relationship tensions,doctor-patient relationship meaning harmony,ethics issues constituted ethics improvements,patient communication,the red package,harmonious doctor-patient relationship model,improving doctor-patient communication mode.Through summary and analysis of the questionnaires,the results of the assessment has a relation with respondents age,income,education.40.2%respondents believe that the current doctor-patient relationship generic,both of doctors and patients believe that the medical dispute responsibility contributed to each other,the three parties agreed that the survey of medical workers should improve accountability and improve the health care system,patient relationship ideal model is help-understand-trust and the strengthening of hospital knowledge popularization of medical institutions supervision.Increasing the resources investment of government is the main way to alleviate the current doctor-patient relationship.Strategies for the development of the analysis results,including increased government allocation of resources,the rational allocation of resources to build community-bio-psycho medical model,standard medical behavior,humane care medical workers,establishing and improve medical ethics appraisal system,improving service through a questionnaire survey quality of medical dispute legislation,strengthening humanistic education of medicine,improving third-party mediation mechanism,positive media coverage.This article hopes to explore an effective way to relieve tension-patient relationship through this investigation,providing a reference for our harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
