The Doctor-patient relationship is an important interpersonal and social relation,which needs the joint participation of both doctors and patients.With the development of the healthcare mode,the Doctor-patient relationship has become the important content of improving the quality of hospital medical service.This article takes M hospital as the research object,based on the theoretical research,by using the resarch questionare designed by the author,in order to measure the perceived satisfaction of outpatients,inpatients,doctors and nurses.It is indicated by the research result that from the perspective of the service quality,there is an significance divergence between the satisfaction of outpatients and perceived outpatient satisfaction by doctors and nurses,as well as between the satisfaction of inpatients and perceived inpatient satisfaction by doctors and nurses(p<0.05),the satisfaction of patients appears to be lower than the perceived patient satisfaction by doctors and nurses;from the perspective of the communication,there is an significance divergence between the satisfaction of outpatients and perceived outpatient satisfaction by doctors and nurses,as well as between the satisfaction of inpatients and perceived inpatient satisfaction by doctors and nurses(p<0.05),the satisfaction of patients appears to be lower than the perceived patient satisfaction by doctors and nurses;from the perspective of diagnosis and treatment technology,there is an significance divergence between the satisfaction of outpatients and perceived outpatient satisfaction by doctors and nurses,as well as between the satisfaction of inpatients and perceived inpatient satisfaction by doctors and nurses(p<0.05),the satisfaction of patients appears to be lower than the perceived patient satisfaction by doctors and nurses;from the perspective of environmental facility,there is an significance divergence between the satisfaction of outpatients and perceived outpatient satisfaction by doctors and nurses,as well as between the satisfaction of inpatients and perceived inpatient satisfaction by doctors and nurses(p<0.05),the satisfaction of patients appears to be lower than the perceived patient satisfaction by doctors and nurses;from the perspective of service procedures,there is an significance divergence between the satisfaction of outpatients and perceived outpatient satisfaction by doctors and nurses,as well as between the satisfaction of inpatients and perceived inpatient satisfaction by doctors and nurses(p<0.05),the satisfaction of patients appears to be lower than the perceived patient satisfaction by doctors and nurses.Based on the research result,this article accrodingly proposes the solutions and suggestions for theaforementioned 5 perspectives,which can be used for reference in improving hospital physician-patient relationship and improving the comprehensive level of hospital medical service.
