The Curative Effect Observation Of Spleen-strengthening And Blood Circulation-activating Therapy In Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treatment And Its Effect On Transforming Growth Factor(Tgf-?1)and Smad3 Expression

Objective:To observe the curative effect observation of spleen-strengthening and blood circulation activating therapy in chronic atrophic gastritis treatment and its effect on transforming growth factor(TGF-?1)Smad3 expression.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria for the research,78 cases of patients conforming to the CAG diagnostic standard of Chinese and western medicine were selected,and divided into treatment group 38 cases,control group 35 cases,scaling 5 cases.The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine protocols which can strengthen spleen and promoting blood circulation.The control was treated with stomach restoring pills.And compare the clinical and pathological curative effects and the expressions of TGF-?1 and Smad3 between two groups.Results:1.The comparison of overall curative effect three months after treatment:for the 38 subjects in experiment groups,there were 13 cases of clinical recovery,10 cases of evident efficacy,11 cases of effectiveness,4 cases of ineffective,with an overall efficacy of 89.50%;for the 35 subjects in control group,there were 2 cases of clinical recovery.6 cases of evident efficacy,14 cases of effectiveness,13 cases of ineffective,with an overall efficacy of 62.86%.Statistical significance was observed between two groups(P<0.05),and experiment group had superior efficacy to the control group.2.The comparison of pathological biopsy via gastroscope three months after treatment:There was a significant difference between the two groups in improving the gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinal metaplasia before and after treatment(P<0.01).and there was also a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).Indicating that both groups can significantly improve the patient's gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinal metaplasia,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3.The comparison of gastric mucosa immunohistochemical results three months after treatment:After treatment,the expression of TGF-?1 and Smad3 was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The expression of TGF-?1 and Smad3 was positively correlated(r=0.793)and the expression after treatment(r=0.735),statistically significant(P<0.05).4.No adverse effect was discovered during treatment and follow-up visits in both two groups.Conclusion:The use of spleen and blood circulation in the treatment of CAG spleen deficiency and blood stasis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce gastric atrophy,intestinal metaplasia degree.And can reduce the expression of TGF-?1 and Smad3 protein in patients,suggesting that spleen and blood circulation method may improve the gastric mucosal blood flow,induce cell differentiation,regulate cell proliferation,apoptosis mechanism and regulate cell mediated immunity to achieve the purpose of CAG treatment.
