A Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Recurrent Spontaneousabortion By Traditional Chinese Medicine-BuShenTiaoChong Combined With Frozen Lymphocytes

Objective:The study of the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese Medicine-BuShentiaoChongcombinedwithFrozen Lymphocytesin the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:246 cases of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,informed consent principle of voluntary choice of treatment,divided into treatment group(n=86),control group 1(n=76)and control group 2(n=67).shedding and treatment of excluding 17 patients.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese Medicine-BuShentiaoChongcombinedwithFrozen Lymphocytes and corpus luteum support.The control group 1 was treated with and luteal support,while the control group 2was treated with luteal support.To calculate the positive rate of blocking antibody in the treatment group.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicineBushen Tiaochong combined with Frozen Lymphocytes in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion,by comparing the success rate of pregnancy in three groups,the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,the level of early blood HCG and estradiol,and the three groups of live births.Results:1.86 patients in the treatment group,the first course of conversion rate of 55.8%,the second course of conversion rate of 76.3%,the total conversion rate of 89.5%.2.The success rates of the three groups were 87.2%、78.9%and 65.7%,respectively in the treatment group,the control group 1 and the control group 2.Compared with the control group 1 and the control group 2,the pregnancy success rate of the treatment group was significantly increased(P<0.05).3.Three groups of patients with successful pregnancy in the early blood HCG and E2 levels,the blood hormone level in the treatment group was better than that in the other two control groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Significant difference between the three groupsin the treatment of TCM symptoms(P<0.05).5.Follow up the maternal,calculate the live birth rate,three groups of survival rate was 80.3%、64.8%and46.7%,there was significant difference between the three groups statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine-BuShentiaoChongcombinedwithFrozen Lymphocytes can improve the success rate of treatment,and the rate of live birth is high.No obvious adverse reaction is observed,and the safety of mother and child is good.
