A Clinical Observation Of Threatened Abortion Women With Renal Deficiency In The Early-stage Through The Treatment Of Bu Shen An Tai Fang

Objection:Through this study,it is proved that Bushen Antai Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of early threatened abortion.And confirmed that serum E2 predicts early gestational abortion pregnancy outcomes than serum P,P-HCG more reference value.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the chinese and western medicine group and the western medicine group,30 cases in each group.The western medicine group were injected with progesterone,40mg per day.The chinese and western medicine group were injected with progesterone and oral Chinese medicine decoction.At least 14 days of treatment,see fetal heart or fetal basic shape before stopping.The clinical symptoms and laboratory results of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and analyzed statistically.Result:(1)Compared with the western medicine group,the total effective rate was 93.3%vs 83.3%,there was significant difference(P<0.05).(2)There is a significant difference in TCM symptom score for both treatment groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There is a significant difference in the differences of TCM symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).(3)The fetal forming rate and cardiac formation rate after treatment are increasing than before(P<0.05).But they have no difference between two groups(P>0.05).(4)The levels of sex hormone E2,P,β-HCG for both groups are higher from before to after treatment(P<0.05).There is a significant difference between two groups in the difference of E2 andβ-HCG serum levels(P<0.05),but there is no significant difference in the difference of P serum levels(P>0.05).But the difference between chinese and western medicine group slightly larger than the western medicine group.(5)Comparing the E2 serum levels before treatment between the falure group and the successful group in those whose progesterone serum levels is lower than 20ng/mL.It has significant difference both groups(P<0.05).But there is no significant difference in P and β-HCG levels(P>0.05).Consequence:Bushen Antai Fang is safe and effective in treating the early-stage threatened abortion patients whose symptom is caused by renal deficiency.It can improve serum levels of sex hormones and promote embryonic development,enhance the levels of E2,P,β-HCG improve embryo growth.The serum E2 predicts gestational abortion pregnancy outcomes early than serum P,β-HCG.
